A little disappointed in the parts pricing for iridium plugs as I can get identical ones from same manufacturer for 1/4 the price, same is true for filters. Overall though, happy with the most recent service, in and out in about an hour. More

Long story short, the service was slow, took half the day for a simple recall inspection, and my service advisor, Anthony Sullivan, disappeared from his desk for 30 minutes while my car was ready to leave, I for a simple recall inspection, and my service advisor, Anthony Sullivan, disappeared from his desk for 30 minutes while my car was ready to leave, I asked the nearby advisors if they could help me but they just said they would call Anthony and let him know I was waiting instead of just checking me out. I went with my son to have tires installed on March 14, 2025. We met with the service advisor, Anthony Sullivan, since he was on the appointment that had been previously set up. We were given an estimated time of completion and went to do some errands. When we returned, after getting notified the car was ready, we waited at Anthony's desk. I want to be clear that anything negative in this review is NOT directed to him. He was not available at the time. We stood at his desk for at least 10 minutes. The service advisors on each side had gotten up a couple of times to go into the service bay and come back. Neither one offered to see where our advisor was. I finally asked one of them and he said he would make sure Anthony was aware of us waiting. After a few more minutes of nothing, I asked the advisor on the other side if he could get us checked out. He said that they try to have the same advisor do the check in and check out. But he then paged our advisor. They first advisor I asked did not page anyone. Again, the two advisors on each side of Anthony's desk got up to do whatever they were doing and came back without saying a word. Finally, I walked across to the other side and approached another advisor. I was really annoyed by this point and told him how long we had waited and would he please get us checked out. He was very apologetic and took care of us. I didn't pay attention to his name. But he did the right thing. The other two advisors on each side of Anthony's desk need some training. Overall, I do not have a problem with this dealership. I have typically been treated very well there. This day was not on par with the experiences I have had in the past. More
