We have had constant problems with the radio / infotainment system from the day we bought the car. The most recent service tech we visited contacted Toyota and after diagnostics Toyota determined infotainment system from the day we bought the car. The most recent service tech we visited contacted Toyota and after diagnostics Toyota determined we needed a new radio / infotainment system to be replaced under warranty. However, several weeks have past since then and the new unit has not arrived. This dealership appears to have very little interest in resolving our warranty-covered problem. One of the employees there told us that "Toyota can't afford to just replace radios" or something to that effect even after acknowledging the system was malfunctioning and is under warranty. For that reason I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone at this time. This problem has been dragging on for months with no resolution so far. We have no functioning radio or bluetooth since we bought the car in February (it's June now). I think the service tech is doing a good job and is trying to get the problem resolved, so I don't have any complaints about the service rep specifically. But no one knows when the new radio will arrive, apparently. I hope that will clear up soon. More
