The Collision Center Estimator took seven days to email the claims department the correct information. My vehicle is 18 years old so I assume that my Lexus SUV was not important to them. I would never recommend this facility to any one because of my experience with Cobb County Collision. More
In and out in less than 30 minutes! I was in the area last Friday, knowing I was close to needing 10,000 mile service, so drove in without appointment just to see what the wait would be. I was in the area last Friday, knowing I was close to needing 10,000 mile service, so drove in without appointment just to see what the wait would be. Greeted immediately, checked in, handed over the keys and sat down in the waiting area. 25 minutes pass and I get a text, and an e-mail that my car was finished! Oil change, tire rotation and inspection, all completed. Got my keys from the cashier and was on my way. This is the second time so far using their service department, and had a similar experience the first time. And after having experienced a nightmare at CCT's neighbor (F--D!) two weeks prior, this experience shows it can be done. Why all other dealer service departments can't figure this out is mind boggling! Keep up the good work and dedication to customer satisfaction, Cobb County Toyota! More
Drove it there still cant drive it I drove my car to cobb collision for body repair and a little over a week after them having my car they called to tell me my car would not crank. I w I drove my car to cobb collision for body repair and a little over a week after them having my car they called to tell me my car would not crank. I was told it was the battery then the alternator. After finding that was not the problem it went to the service center they could not find what was wrong so they had to take my motor apart to tell me my pistons had corrosion on them and that is why my car wont crank. MY cars engine is now in parts because they want to charge me 3800.00 to fix it. After having 2 different mechanics look at my car after it left the dealership both said the pistons is not why my car wont crank and that they can put it back together but cant guarantee it will crank because they are not sure what happen to it. My car was not knocking nor smoking had no problems when i drove it there. I also spoke to another body shop and they said if my battery cable was not taken off when they welded my side panel bumper back on they body shop may has burnt my computer in my car up. The GM of Cobb Toyota was not helpful nor was the manager of the service center in fact they were very condescending towards me. I know the problem happen while in the body shop they did something to my car and will not own up to it nor try to find out what really happen. So since 12-14-2018 i have been without my car a car that was in great condition for a 2014 Camry. More
No Dealer Add-Ons at Cobb County Cobb County makes negotiations easy by simply not having an add-on sticker on their vehicles. Most other dealers have options of $1000 or more for Cobb County makes negotiations easy by simply not having an add-on sticker on their vehicles. Most other dealers have options of $1000 or more for such unnecessary items like window tinting, nitrogen in tires, window security etching, etc. With Cobb County, there is no extra sticker. You just need to negotiate the price of the factory MSRP sticker. Thjs makes negotiation start at a lower price point, simplifying the entire procedure. The staff is very friendly and is willing to honestly answer any questions you may have. More
Need customer service training We purchased our 5 vehicle from this location a few months ago. We received numerous voicemails and a postcard, all reminding us of our free 6 month service. Each reminder whether the postcard or the voicemails, stated to contact them to make an appointment. So I called and the first person I encountered was a woman answering the phone that when I told her I needed the service department, she transferred me. Okay, it would have been nice to say, let me transfer you or something equivalent. Then I get a man on the phone. I tell him why I am calling and he says, we don't do appointments for that. Bye. I said, wait a minute! Why am I getting multiple things saying I need to call for an appointment if you don't do appointments? He says, I don't know what you got. You just need to come down here and wait. And then he hung up. It wasn't so much the things he said, or even that he abruptly hung up. We have used this dealership and service dept for 20+ years. But these folks really could use a course on phone courtesy. Because if I hadn't used it for so long, and was a new customer, I would be going elsewhere. More

Poor Service Update: Today, I have spoken with the Mechanic who Re-serviced my car from Toyota yesterday. Two plastic screws missing corrected Job#1 and Job#2 wa Update: Today, I have spoken with the Mechanic who Re-serviced my car from Toyota yesterday. Two plastic screws missing corrected Job#1 and Job#2 was a minor repair. With the “Oil Pan,” he explained to me that, in the near future, it will need to be replaced but it is not as drastic as having my car towed home from the Dealership. Again, David Roth, Service Representative never answered my question about the Oil Change being completed; he sent my paperwork to the Cashier. Also, yesterday, when I inquired about a broken console in my car, he sent me to the Parts Department to order it. I explained what was broken, and the Representative showed me a picture. I asked him if he could look in my car to make sure that it is the correct part before ordering it. He responded, “I am not a mechanic,” and I replied, “Neither am I; I was told by the Representative above to come to you and order the part.” This Representative is telling me that the Service Person is supposed to be ordering this part, but the Service Person has me ordering the part. While Toyota was working on my car yesterday, I was supposed to be pricing a new car with them and that is not going to happen. I am making repairs too my 2004 Toyota Corolla to donate it on the same day that I purchase a new car. I will have the “Oil Pan” replaced before donating the car. Again, I will not be returning to Toyota at Kennesaw for any future business. More
horrible customer service I took my 05 Corolla in yesterday for 2 recalls and had a terrible experience. When I first called to schedule the appointment everything was great.. I took my 05 Corolla in yesterday for 2 recalls and had a terrible experience. When I first called to schedule the appointment everything was great.. they told me they didnt have the part for one but the recall was to inspect then order a part if needed (which i was fine with). When i got there they seemed disorganized one person greeted me at my car (good so far) then some other guy came up and started talking without even introducing himself (this is who i ended up working with). I went over to his desk where he proceed to tell me it would be several hours and asked if someone was coming to pick me up. When i told him i had no one to pick me up he said well it will be a long wait and asked how faraway i lived. When i told him 20 minutes he said well i could get you a ride home but not back here so that wont work and proceeded with his paperwork. He explained nothing to me but told me he would call me when my car was ready. Two and a half to two hours and forty five minute later i received a phone call telling me my car was ready. I went to the cashier who seemed surprised to see me. She proceeded to give me my total and again seemed surprised when it was 0 (it was a recall). I asked her the outcome of the inspection of the one part and she said she did not know and could not tell from the paperwork that i would have to go ask Bob outside. I got my keys and proceeded to go ask Bob. He seem surpassed that i was coming to see him and quickly stated well they replaced both without looking a the paperwork. This surprised me since i was told they would need to order parts but i was happy i would not have to come wait again ( I spent my day off work waiting on my car). He could/would not tell me if they replaced it due to it being cracked or just as a precaution. When i got to my car it really went down hill. I started my car and it shook really bad. My car has never shaken before and i was concerned. I let it run for a few minutes before going back to Bob who now seemed annoyed. I explained to him that my car is shaking and never has before so he said he would come take a look. He started the car and stated well it does this sometimes when the battery is disconnected (has never done so in the past when the battery has been changed). I told him that it has never done it before and it needed to be looked at. He said he would take it back to the service department and have them look. He came back 5 minute later and said its fine. They cleaned the throttle body and said it would have been fine if i had just driven it. Said cars with high milage do this sometimes. (honestly i don't think 180000 miles is very "high milage" for a 2005). He was very short and walked away. I drove the car to a near by location where i waited on my boyfriend to meet me. It was no longer shaking but when i let it sit and idle i could smell the cleaner they sprayed in the throttle body burning off. I am concerned that what really happened is that they did not connect all of the wires on the main control module that they replaced and were blaming it on something else because they thought they could get away with it because Im a woman. I will not be going back to Cobb County Toyota. I am highly dissatisfied with their customer service and how recall are taken care of. I spent my day off work waiting on them, then being stressed out that something may still be wrong with my vehicle. I am currently in the market ( trying to save for and decide what i want) for a newer vehicle and would like a Toyota since my current one has been great, but will not be considering any vehicles from this lot. The salesman Rudi Santos was knowledgeable about the Highlander and made the purchase as smooth as possible. He's an excellent salesman. The following day I returned to the dealership to purchase body side mouldings and wheel locking nuts. Ashley in service was very helpful and made the installation smooth and told me it would be about 2 hrs. It was exactly 2 hrs from start to finish. Kelly in parts had the product in stock and coordinated the process with Ashley. More
