Absolutely perfect in every way I just bought a 2017 4Runner to replace my 1999 4Runner (bought from this same dealership 18 years ago). These are the best vehicles ever made. I've loved my old one, but wow! the new one is really great! The service was also top notch. Kent and Rob were really pleasant and tremendously helpful. I was never rushed nor pressured in any way, all my questions were answered, and everyone I interacted with was just as nice as could be. Incredible First-Time Car-Buying Experience This was my first car-buying experience and it was an exceptionally positive experience. My sales consultant was Greg Monroe, and he was the real MVP! I felt like he genuinely cared about my well-being and was doing everything in his power to help answer any and all questions I had, in addition to getting me the best deal possible. I didn't walk into the dealership planning to buy a vehicle, yet I didn't feel pressured to buy a new car just because. Greg explained all of the features and benefits of the Toyota Rav4 to me, he took me out for a test drive, and ultimately I was offered a deal on the car that I couldn't refuse. I also worked with the sales manager, Rob Smith who just popped in the last second before I signed the paperwork with an additional coupon to save me even more money. It was a refreshing change of pace to work with a car dealership staff that seemed to genuinely care about me as a consumer and what was in my best interest, as opposed to the typical slimy car salesman persona that hassles or pressures you into buying a car. I can't say enough great things about the entire team at Cobb County Toyota. Everyone was super helpful, incredibly friendly and made my first car-buying experience one for the books, which is how it should be. The staff was incredible, and I can’t say enough AMAZING things about Greg Monroe! Seriously if you are shopping for a Toyota, go find Greg! He took the time to explain everything to me about the vehicle and after the final paperwork was signed he walked me through all of the features of my new car and even helped me program my phone to sync with my new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. These are the type of people you want to work with when buying a new car. More

Dishonest, Secretive, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Don't waste your time with this dealership. If you want honest information this is not the place to go. Once I left the dealership multiple service lights came on in the car and when I returned THE NEXT DAY they told me it was now my problem. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!! More
