Horrible service. Tires did not get rotated as I marked them when I left home. Loose air stems on tires when they did take the car back there to get tires rotated. Service manager was dismissive regarding my complaint and should be fired. Service has declined terribly since I been going there for the past 10years getting all repairs and maintenance done on my car (it was bought new). I was very disappointed with my visit. More

My service rep, Katie Fuller, was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a good communicator. She provided good explanations and answered all our questions. For this older vehicle, I now know it might be better to request for the main shop do the 5K service and have them perform a more thorough inspection/diagnostic routine. I am disappointed that a more thorough inspection of the brake system was not performed at my regular 5K service just last month. I mentioned the front end shaking when braking at highway speeds. The alignment recommended at the time did not fix the problem. This time, a more thorough inspection of the brake system revealed the rotor issue. Plus, a more comprehensive inspection/diagnostic last month just might have revealed the C/S Passenger Front CV Axle Leaking before the warning lights came on. More
