I'm a loyal Toyota owner. This is my 5th Toyota (four 4Runners and one Tundra) and I always do my maintenance at a Toyota dealer. I just retired from the military after 27 yea This is my 5th Toyota (four 4Runners and one Tundra) and I always do my maintenance at a Toyota dealer. I just retired from the military after 27 years so I have used different Toyota dealers all over the country. This is the first dealership that hasn't offered me a military discount. That's the only reason I can't give a five star rating. The work is great and the customer service from JC are great, but I'm not sure why they would be the only dealership not offering it. I will be back, but it's just unfortunate. More

I purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE today with Mark's assistance. Not only did he walk me through the entire process from start to finish, he also went above and beyond by helping me set up my Toy Mark's assistance. Not only did he walk me through the entire process from start to finish, he also went above and beyond by helping me set up my Toyota mobile app, explaining the entire dashboard and control buttons, and going on a test drive with me. Mark was very welcoming and made my car buying experience stress free and enjoyable! Brad assisted me with finalizing the purchase and walked me through the warranty options available without applying any pressure. He was able to give me a great deal for which I am very thankful for. Overall my experience was positive and I would gladly recommend all my friends to go to this location for all their Toyota service needs and to buy their next car. Mark impressed me today.
