The staff have always been friendly, understanding, and helpful. My service advisor, JC Cooper, has overseen the service for my vehicle almost every service visit I have made. Even in the very busiest of times, he has taken the time to ensure that I was clear on the work done or to be done and to answer any questions that I had. I appreciate the availability of "office center" with the workstations that I can plug in my laptop and work during the service. All in all, the service center provides excellent service, a clean and welcoming space to wait for the service to be completed if you are waiting, and excellent customer service from the staff. More
