Mackenzie did a great job checking me in for antenna base replacement but when I picked up I noticed 2 dents near antenna base that I am quite certain were not there prior. I get that there’s not really anyw replacement but when I picked up I noticed 2 dents near antenna base that I am quite certain were not there prior. I get that there’s not really anyway to prove it was or was not done during repair but it was how Zach handled though whole situation. Treating it as if I was trying to get free repair out of him which wasn’t the situation at all. He was immediately defensive and at times rude. I can easily afford to fix on my own but feels wrong when I feel strongly it was done during the repair. I had actually talked to a salesman about buying a tundra soon but will not be back at this dealership for any reason. More
