The basic services were fine and didn't need an appointment. The frustration is for 3 years when I come in I remind them my back up camera doesn't always work. I show a picture on my phone of being appointment. The frustration is for 3 years when I come in I remind them my back up camera doesn't always work. I show a picture on my phone of being in reverse and no display. Because they can't duplicate it they can't fix it. How about replace it? And they didn't reset the maintenance mileage so now I get a maintenance needed message every time I start my truck. Just annoying. More
