I came in for regular service and asked for a tire (front left tire) with low pressure to be checked. When I got the car back, I was told the tire with low pressure had no problems, that you had filled it wi left tire) with low pressure to be checked. When I got the car back, I was told the tire with low pressure had no problems, that you had filled it with air and did a tire rotation. Tire pressure was still an issue - only the tire was moved to the back left. I took it to Discount Tire. They did a dunk test and found a nail in addition they said that whoever did the tire rotation did it in a very non-standard way. I am very disappointed Toyota let me drive off that lot with a nail in my tire that could have blown. I drive 60 miles a day on I-75 going. It could have been disastrous. More
Very Disappointing! I had my 2024 Corolla Cross in for the 30,000 service on 4/18/2026. I purchased the First Mile Maintenance Plan at the Platinum Level for 84/75,000. I had my 2024 Corolla Cross in for the 30,000 service on 4/18/2026. I purchased the First Mile Maintenance Plan at the Platinum Level for 84/75,000. I was SOLD that the 30,000 Service outlined in the Warranty Maintenance Guide was all applicable. The Service Advisor informed me this is not true and the Maintenance Plan at the Platinum level only covers Oil Change and Tire Rotation! Needless to say I was unpleasantly surprised and disappointed! I paid $1,595.00 for this Maintenance Plan and feel completely RIPPED OFF! The Sales Rep lied to me and the Service Advisor did nothing to appease the situation! I want either my $1,595.00 Premium returned to me or my $1,595.00 Maintenance Plan modified to be inclusive of the Services outlined in the Warranty Maintenance Guide thru the Warranty Period. I have previously owned Land Cruisers and Sequoias and I'm currently in the market for a Land Cruiser. Unless this unpleasant situation regarding the First Mile Maintenance Plan is resolved to my liking Cobb County Toyota will not be a dealer I will consider in my new Land Cruiser search! I will also not be a referral for your dealership when friends and family consider future vehicle purchases. More

Service consultant was snappy and in a bad mood as soon as I arrived for my appointment at 9 AM. He also left midway through the maintenance of my vehicle and did not tell me when my vehicle was ready, eve as I arrived for my appointment at 9 AM. He also left midway through the maintenance of my vehicle and did not tell me when my vehicle was ready, even after I reached out 3 1/2 hours. I gave another hour for the benefit of the doubt, understanding it is a busy place. Finally after being there for four hours, I had to get help from another service consultant that told me my vehicle had been ready for a while.He was also unsure of why I never received word my vehicle was ready and we confirmed all my information was correct. I sat in the lobby for over four hours when all I was waiting on was an oil change and two tires. I gave Mr. Cobb the benefit of the doubt multiple times through the interaction and respected his time and work, it is unfortunate that it was not mutual but instead unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time in all aspects of the service on 4/17/26.
