This is not just a review but a testimonial. I have been with this dealership since 2011, when I bought my first Kia Rio. I loved that car and drove it for 13 years without any major problems I have been with this dealership since 2011, when I bought my first Kia Rio. I loved that car and drove it for 13 years without any major problems other than the usual wear and tear. On September 25, I was in a car accident and due to my air bags deploying, my car was deemed total by the insurance company. I had over 140,000 miles on that car and probably would have kept driving it until it actually died. The accident turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Although Bob Tomlin and Sam Weisman kept my car running like a top throughout the years, I was able to buy a new Kia Rio, fully loaded and in perfect condition (2023) with the help of their very professional, and honest sales team. I worked with Ever, Shaye, Isaiah, and "GQ," to obtain what will probably be my last car (I am older and assume in another 10-15 years my children will chauffeur me around, and like my first car and 13 years experience with Coastal Kia, I will drive with the peace of mind that not only did I get a great financial deal but that I also bought a quality car backed by honest, quality professionals who actually care about their customers.
