I live in Jacksonville and typically take my car to Stevenson Kia of Jacksonville for service. However, their consistently rude behavior has driven me to seek alternatives. After numerous visits without any improvement, I decided to try coastal Kia in Wilmington. What a refreshing change! The staff there is kind and friendly, greeting you with smiles and treating you with genuine warmth and respect. They make you feel like a valued customer.
