It is somewhat comical how things are worded in an attempt of making oneself appear better...a fine line you walk by telling the truth without disclosing the truth. Your records are correct as in I did receive my title. However it was a day late so I was stuck with a late fee registering my vehicle that the dealer did not offer to pick up. And you say my warranty was processed however here I am in the middle of April with still no refund and yet the warranty company never even received the paperwork. This is a refund the dealer is solely responsible for from day one and is something that should have been done the very day I requested my cancelaction. I have most of this documented in email so any reader that would like to see the true correspondence between the dealership and I please feel free to email me at k9wes10@gmail.com. I also am filing a complaint with BBB as $2,000 of my money remains unspoken for. Many many empty promises from this dealer. If you think I am making any of this up...one contact me as mentioned above or look at the fact the finance guy is no longer employed there. My view has not changed on this dealership. Stay away!!
