After 3 days of waiting I finally got feedback from all four Chrysler dealers and this place was the lowest by more than 800 dollars! When I went in to see the car it was cleaned up and ready to go, so was my paperwork. It was the most expeditious car purchase I've ever made and the price was great. I'm not sure one could ask more from a car dealership. More

We checked their inventory online and found the van we wanted and then when we showed it to Mark he said the price that was on their website wasn't the right price so he charged us more for the van than what they had it advertised at. He raised the price 2000 dollars. Then we told him we wanted the five year 100000 mile warranty and he said that is what we would have. When we went to financing we told the finance agent we told him to make sure we get the five year 100000 mile warranty he then charged us for the extended warranty another 3000 dollars. The whole process took about three hours. Then when we got our paperwork in the mail we only had a five year 60000 mile warranty so I called them and they told me sorry they would have mark call me and guess what he never called so I called Chrysler and they said the dealership messed me over I need to call them so I called them again and they told me I would have to talk to mark who is yet to call me back 3 months later I still haven't heard from mark More

After reaching an agreement on a vehicle I provided a credit card number to put hold money on the vehicle. Instead of settling for an alternative vehicle (possible bait and switch) I found another vehicle at another dealership. Even though I double checked with the dealership to confirm I would not be charged the deposit, it has appeared on my credit card bill. I have bought from several dodge dealers and am on my 8th dodge/jeep product. I have never had a negative experience at a dealership until now. I have all the email traffic to verify my claims. I will be filing complaints with Dodge, USAA, and my credit card company. This is an unfortunate instance with a specific dealership that does not reflect the values of the manufacturer. More
Horrible experience. Took about 8 hrs to finally drive out with new vehicle. Plus they added $200 onto price we decided on and after hours of time already wasted scammed the 200 not including extra "charg out with new vehicle. We purchased a 2014 Avenger from Brad Reinhold. Brad was a dantastic salesman. He took the time listened ro our wants and needs and assisted us in finding the perfect car. He made purchasing a car more pleasent than I have ever had in the past. Not only did Brad take care of isat the point of sale he continue to do so with the service side. Our car had 2 factory defects that were present at the time of purchase. Brad made sure these were taken care of. In the passt once the sale was done the sales rep didn't want to be bothered by us. Brad never once acted like this. He continued to make sure we remained happy. If this is the way all Royal Gate sales reps are its no wonder why they do so well. I am and for now on a loyal Royal Gate Columbia Illinois customer. Thank you again Brad and the Royal Gate family for making my car buying an exciting experiance again. Thank you The Brewers More
Not to happy with how long it took, however I got a very good deal, so it was probably worth the time. Dealership fed me so much paperwork at once that I signed for a warranty that I didn't want. I went to look at a used Wrangler Sport, I was told it would be better to look at a 2013. I explained that I could not afford for my payments to increase as I live paycheck to paycheck nor could I afford would be better to look at a 2013. I was told I could work the sales tax into my loan. Nor would I have a payment for 45 days, PERFECT!!!! I found a 2013 Wrangler I liked, it was located at another Royal Gate Dodge dealership. I was then asked to write a check for $500 in ensure I would not let the deal slip away. I was informed it was just to secure the transaction and when I returned to sign the paperwork I would receive the check. Again, I explained that money was needed for bills. My salesman (who is no longer) called me the day I was to come in and told me the monthly payment increased by $40. I accepted the offer and told him it could not go up any higher. When I went to sign the paperwork I was told they needed the $500 to finish the deal. I told him no, forget the deal. Somehow, they ended up not needing the $500. When I went to sign the paperwork, my payment went up $100 and I had make a payment within 2 weeks via automatic withdraw. This transaction was already done before the finance guy, Tim, finished explaining this to me. I was stuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I asked Tim about my paperwork to get the vehicle licensed in my name. He said I would receive all the paperwork within 3 weeks. I asked how the sales tax payment works, he said, when you receive your paperwork a check will be right in front. I called the dealership because it had been over 3 weeks and I needed that paperwork. I was informed they were waiting for paperwork from my old finance company. They were willing to bring my paperwork to me AFTER I expressed my concerns on how things have been handled. Thank goodness I asked about the check BECAUSE IT IS NOT PART OF MY FINANCING AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO PAY FOR MY SALES TAX NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
