Frederick was bound & determined to get me into my dream Jeep, we even took a test drive to Ace Hardware so he could "MacGyver" my pedals to work on the Renegade but to no avail. I'm 100% certain that there was not stone unturned to get me into the Renegade, Frederick exhausted every option he could, with that being said I was content in finding a different Jeep that fit me & that would fit my pedals. It took less than 10 to find my PERFECT JEEP!! Frederick showed me a 2016 Jeep Cherokee 75th Anniversary edition & my pedals fit like a glove O.M.G it was meant to be!!!!! PLEASE READ -- do NOT do business here I purchased a pre-own truck in the middle of February. At the time of the purchase I elected for an extended warranty however I changed my mind and ca I purchased a pre-own truck in the middle of February. At the time of the purchase I elected for an extended warranty however I changed my mind and canceled it the very next day. After repeatedly ignored emails and calls with Jarrod in finance I finally spoke with Mike the general manager. Mike insured me it was a miscommunication and that the contract was cancelled. Due to back and forth answers I asked for proof of the cancellation to be mailed to which Mile promised it would be and confirmed my address. Here it is 2 1/2 weeks after that conversation and no proof in the mail; warranty company has no record of me as they say it could take up to 60 days; and the finance company has not received a refund check that Jarrod told me was mailed almost 3 weeks ago (the finance company says it only takes 5 business days). So now I have $2000 floating around and nobody is helping me get answers!!! NOW TODAY my 30 day temp tag expires and I don't have any paperwork from the dealer. Guess what, nobody that "can help" is in the office or they're not returning my calls!! DO NOT EVER DEAL WITH THIS DEALER. IF YOU FIND A VEHICLE YIU LIKE THAT THEY HAVE, I PROMISE ANOTHER DEALER HAS IT OR CAN GET IT FOR YOU. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKED PEOPLE. More
