This was without a doubt the best experience my wife and I have ever had at a car dealership. We were looking for a newer van to replace our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan because it was long out of warranty and I have ever had at a car dealership. We were looking for a newer van to replace our 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan because it was long out of warranty and the recent repairs were really hurting the pocket book. Fortunately, it was paid off. We went through USAA to get better pricing since they work with the dealership and we got a big chunk of change taken off the MSRP right away. The salesman, Tom Ellis, didn't even try to haggle us. He looked at the paperwork from USAA and said "Ok, that's the price you'll get." We knew what we wanted for our trade beforehand and we didn't want to back down from it because we believed it was fair. They came back just $500 shy of where we wanted to be so we asked for an extra $200 and they said no problem. They also gave us free oil changes (4 per year) for the life of the vehicle. We felt we got an excellent deal and don't feel slighted at all. Our salesman, Tom Ellis, was truly a pleasure to work with. He made us very comfortable, was very honest, and didn't try to pull the wool over our eyes like some salesman tend to do. He made everything easy for us. In fact, the whole process from start to finish (not including the test drive) probably took around 3 hours. The wife and I knew what we wanted before ever walking in because we had done our research and knew what they had and Tom made the process smooth as silk. I've worked with many car dealerships in the past, but this has been the best experience hands down. More

Salesman flat out lied about specs on the vehicle (specifically MPG) and lied about free oil changes for the life of the vehicle as long as I owned it. Apparently when I called to schedule my first (specifically MPG) and lied about free oil changes for the life of the vehicle as long as I owned it. Apparently when I called to schedule my first free oil change they never heard of any program like that and when I contacted the salesman he denied ever mentioning anything like that. Few items on the vehicle on delivery needed remedied. I scheduled the appointment for 3 things to be fixed. Only 1 was fixed and the vehicle was filthy when I went to pick it up. On another occasion the service worker just up and left for the day while supposedly looking for someone to help me get checked in. Another worker asked me about 15 minutes later if I was being helped and I said I was by X and he informed me they left for the day. More
