Cahd was excellent and we never felt any pressure to purchase a vehicle. they honored the True Car price for the vehicle and even found me 500.0 had. Aaron was definitely ready to sell a car; however he needs to take more time explaining some of the options on our new car. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and purchased a vehicle and explained to A needs to take more time explaining some of the options on our new car. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and purchased a vehicle and explained to Aaron that we didn't want to take possession until Monday. We came out of the finance office and our plates which we were not going to transfer were on the new car. Aaron then had to switch back the plates to our Durango that was being traded. This delayed an appointment we had that late afternoon. I also believed that our new car wasn't given the attention to detail because of the "rush" to deliver. The Journey we purchased still had some factory dust in the interior. Aaron's work module needs to be eliminated to allow more room for all to safely pass the salesmanager's office and the exterior door. The reason I say this I was sitting at Aaron's desk waiting to finalize our new car and I got whacked in the back of my head by a salesman's elbow as he hurried past. I understand the dealership's need to sell cars ; however please remember that in any business on both sides of the transaction we are all people. Aaron is definitely a very passionate young man ready to make his "mark" we enjoyed his enthusiasm. Thank you for this forum and we hope this is considered positive feedback. Lori was amazing and made my shopping experience easy and fast. I was able to get in the dealership find the exact vehicle that i was looking for and have the deal set up for my return with my husband to pic fast. My credit is not exactly perfect but in finance Jim was able to work his magic and made it possible for me. I am very grateful of the way i was taking care of from start to finish. They also introduced me to the service department before i left and Troy made sure that i know how to work all this new technology that my car is loaded with. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to be treated fear and with respect when it comes to the whole car buying experience. More

I have been to this dealer at least four times to try to purchase a vehicle. My credit is not perfect and I am upside down in a newer trade vehicle. While the salesmen are nice while you are in the dealership, once you are gone....you never hear from them again....ever. You know guys, a call to say "we tried but couldn't get anything done for you" would be better than nothing at all.The last time I tried to trade there I called the manager to tell him that again I got no follow up. I left him a message. Guess what, I got no follow up from him either. I have had such horrible customer service from both the Columbia and St. Louis area Royal Gate that I tried to contact the General Manager. He would not return my call, so I tried to contact the owner....again....he will not return calls. And the customer service in sales is not the only thing that is bad. My husband owns a 2010 challenger that we have serviced at the Columbia store. He had a hunch that when he was paying to get his tires rotated, they weren't being rotated. He marked a rim the last time he took his car in for service. Guess what....they didn't rotate the tires. The service manager was visibly upset for this, never the less, it should not have happened. A customer may not be in a position to buy a 50,000 dollar vehicle at all times in their life, but I have purchased several in the last 10 years. Dealerships should not shoo away the customers with shallow pockets. You never know when they will come in a make a big purchase because you treated them right the first time. Shame on all of you. Respect your customers. No wonder you ratings are so low on every customer review site. More
