We came in on the coldest night of the year hoping to find a vehicle to replace ours that became un-drivable earlier that day. Both my husband and I work full time and need two vehicles. We found one on-line and since we previously bought a car from Royal Gate, and had a great experience then, we decided to go back there and check it out. Rick helped us narrow down the choices based on the criteria we wanted and he showed us a few different vehicles. We wound up with the one we found on-line and we got it for a great price! But, it was good to do a little comparison shopping even though this was kind of sudden for us and even though it was really cold, and late. Rick arranged for us to be able to drive home the Jeep that night and do our financing later. When we came back to do the remaining paperwork, Gordon helped us and answered all our questions about the vehicle. Now we know where that removable, rechargeable flashlight is!! Overall a great experience and so far, we are very happy with our new Jeep! More

Aaron was definitely ready to sell a car; however he needs to take more time explaining some of the options on our new car. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and purchased a vehicle and explained to A needs to take more time explaining some of the options on our new car. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and purchased a vehicle and explained to Aaron that we didn't want to take possession until Monday. We came out of the finance office and our plates which we were not going to transfer were on the new car. Aaron then had to switch back the plates to our Durango that was being traded. This delayed an appointment we had that late afternoon. I also believed that our new car wasn't given the attention to detail because of the "rush" to deliver. The Journey we purchased still had some factory dust in the interior. Aaron's work module needs to be eliminated to allow more room for all to safely pass the salesmanager's office and the exterior door. The reason I say this I was sitting at Aaron's desk waiting to finalize our new car and I got whacked in the back of my head by a salesman's elbow as he hurried past. I understand the dealership's need to sell cars ; however please remember that in any business on both sides of the transaction we are all people.
