Full of short comings that cost me money All though I love my jeep. I have had problems with the service surrounding the purchase. I bought a 40k Jeep Wrangler in 2015 and within the loan I h All though I love my jeep. I have had problems with the service surrounding the purchase. I bought a 40k Jeep Wrangler in 2015 and within the loan I had my sales tax rolled and a 4 thousand dollar warranty rolled in. Once I went to the DMV to collect my plates they had the wrong tax rate. As a Missouri resident it was problem. Fortunately I had the money to pay the additional sales tax. I called royal gate to confirm what happened and was I would need drive back to reprocess lol the pay work to get it resolved. So I left it alone and went on to enjoy my jeep. However in 2016 I had. A fuel issue and my jeep would most start. It was towed to another dealership and had have my fuel tank drop while I was away on business. This was an out of pocket expense that should have been covered under the 4K warranty. I payed kept moving. But recently I went to have my jeep services again because my horn was not working. I went to the dealership near me and the service department could not find my warranty. After searching I called royal no found out that the warranty was never imputed the system and I need to stop what I was doing a drive 30 to get it resolved . However my jeep was not drivable . So I need to ask my parents to come pick me and fortunately i had the time and another vehicle for me to get there . I drove with my paperwork and arrived royal gate acknowledge the error and said they would handle by the evening or the next morning because my jeep was being held hostage . However morning came and i had no word on any warranty. Or the 4 thousand dollars that was not given to Chrysler. Lucky this all happen in my city and not while traveling . But here I await now to figure out when this issue will be resolved and now will have to figure out if I can recoup my money spent on what should be warranty work or if I will need to go the legal route this has been a hassle. More
Excellent Service I was looking on line through the dealers website at a specific Ram 1500 I wanted. He was very helpful with my trade in and purchase of the new Ram. I had several different criteria that I wanted met. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and was shown several different vehicles that met all of my needs. Paul was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to get the vehicle that night from start to finish in 2 hours. Joby took care of all of my financing. He was friendly, helpful and VERY knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Thank you. More

Vert Satisfied I found my salesman Chris Dohm to be very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The financing manager was very friendly and knowledgable. It was a bumbled purchase at first. Got better later. I had several issues while purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. We should have left when we couldn't get a salesman for 20-30 minutes to show int I had several issues while purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. We should have left when we couldn't get a salesman for 20-30 minutes to show interest in us walking around the lot and in the dealership. Finally asked a receptionist for help. The boy (Chad) that we got handed us a card that had the name of someone else scratched out and his name hand written on it which meant he hadn't been there long. We were from out of state and he had no idea of what needed to be done to get the title in our names, though he told us several different things that turned out to be wrong. I thought the boy was alright, and we did what he told us to do on the phone to get the car transferred to our name, but, it all turned out wrong. When we left the dealership, we didn't even have a bill of sale which I didn't think about until we were on the road. We tried to call the general manager(Scott) who he(Chad) told us to call if we had any issues and we left several messages which went unanswered. I was told by the salesman (Chad) that another key would be issued by a dealership near us here at home and all that I had to do was call the general manager and it would simply be taken care of. While at the local dealership (six hours from Royal Gate), it took over an hour and half and several messages to reach the guy. He then in turn gets into an argument with the service manager of the local dealership over the price of the key. He finally gives the service manager a credit card number to pay for the key and the card number doesn't work. It took more than a half hour to reach the manager again to get the number corrected. They (the local dealership service guys) just kept leaving messages and I finally called Royal Gate myself and got loud with the receptionist because they were getting ready to close the local dealership and I had to have the key paid for before I could leave. A real mess that seems simple and stupid now, but, it was a real hassle then. At least the manager finally did pay for the key, but, I was at the local dealership for two and half hours getting a twenty minute job done. Then with a just over a week left on our temporary tags and jumping through hoops for the salesman (Chad) by sending insurance cards and information to him which he said was needed to help me get my car registered in our state, we finally call someone else (Scott) at the dealership and find out we were getting the runaround and he (Chad) didn't know what he was talking about. My wife contacted the sales manager (Scott) who seemed to know what service was about. He in turn connected us to Nicole who got the dealership's feces coagulated. She also mailed us a dealer tag to cover any gap we might have between getting our title and the expiration of our temporary tags. It took nearly three weeks to get the ball rolling and a WAY too many phone calls, messages and aggravation to simply buy a xxxx car. If you want a car from here, seek out SCOTT and then deal with NICOLE to take care of paperwork. AVOID Chad (No clue), Mike (No help without pulling out your own hair), and Joby (Finance man who wouldn't return any messages either). I had three phone numbers to call from six hours drive away. The dealership number which was like farting in the wind when you talked to the receptionist to leave a message IF you got her. The general manager's (Scott) which turned out to just be the same receptionist who you were supposed to leave messages with. "He is VERY busy right now and will call you back soon".....yeah right and the salesman's personal cell number which I'm sure he learned his lesson on not giving out his personal cell number where I had to call him several times to just reach a human where I couldn't get anybody at the dealership but recorders. It was a bad experience that I wouldn't go through again. There was so much more to it than I've printed here, but, this is the skeleton of the whole experience. Scott and Nicole saved an ugly episode by cleaning up the whole mess and giving us some service as we were planning to visit the dealership two days from the time that he took over. I would grade the experience a two and half if possible because of Scott and Nicole and a FAT 0 if NOT for them. We dropped $20,000+ dollars on this purchase and I expected more from the dealership than what we got. More
