I had such an amazing experience purchasing my first SUV at City VW Chicago! I couldn’t be happier with my new car, but what really made the experience special was working with Laura. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about finding the right vehicle for me. She listened to exactly what I wanted, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Laura made what can normally be a stressful process feel exciting and easy. She stayed on top of everything from beginning to end and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision. I truly felt like she wanted me to find my perfect SUV, not just sell me a car. I absolutely love what I ended up with, and I have her to thank for making my first SUV purchase such a great experience. I would 100% recommend asking for Laura if you’re looking for a new vehicle! Also, thank you to Juan for helping make everything come together and to Lazaro for working with us on our trade and getting us a great deal. And of course, thank you to David in finance! He was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and made the final part of the process quick and easy. We really appreciated how comfortable he made everything.
