Hats off to the Blake and Danny and your Team at City! Per a couple of online conversations with Blake, I was able to get 98% of my questions answered before ever showing up on the lot. Upon arrival to look at the Blazer, I was met with the same no pressure courtesy. I can say with the internet you can look at 5 of the same vehicle anymore with ease, so for me it came down to the People. I know if I have any issues post sales that it's the Team of People that makes the difference. Danny handled the financial side with the exact same courtesy as Blake. Been looking for a truck for about 3 months. Been to several dealerships from Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. From bad experiences too just poor customer service. Ended up at City Chevrolet, After speaking with Zac over the phone. I was pretty sure we were gonna come to an agreement. He was very attentive to my needs, He was very considerate, and did what he could to get me where I needed be with a price and trade allowances.
