My Ford Explorer was in bad shape. the Check Charging System light and battery light was on and kept binging me! I called Citrus and spoke to Andrea and she assured me that Citrus could take care of all System light and battery light was on and kept binging me! Within 20 minutes Andrea explained to me what service my car needed, i agreed to the service and approx cost. Within 2 hours my car was fixed and i was on my way! Andrea and Dean were both very professional, knowledgable and friendly. That's what will keep me coming back, even though i live in Brea. I originally called Citrus because i had a very bad and costly experience with Fairway Ford in Placentia and resolved to never take my car there again. Kudos to Andrea, Dean and Citrus. We had never purchased a used car from a dealer, and were skeptical about the process. We had to drive over 80 miles to look at a special 2003 T-bird, listed on the internet. My wife and I were very surprised (and pleased) with George the salesman with his knowlege, candor and helpfulness throughout the process. Management was direct and polite with no games. George was always available after the sale to help fix a few items before we took the car home too. Later, when we returned for service, Andrea worked hard to accomodate our long drive and schedule.
