We brought in two cars at same time, a 2007 Mustang GT/CS for a replacement battery and a 2005 Escape CLT for a standard service. I always ask for Sherri. She worked me into the schedule for 2:00 PM. At 3:30 we drove away, heading home with both cars. In addition, at time of payment, she included a Ford money-off coupon to cover certain service work that I had performed on the Escape, saving me close to $20. To date I've bought four cars total from Citrus. People like Sherri keep me coming back. More
During a recent vacation from Texas to California, our F350 diesel overheated while towing a 5th wheel. We broke down outside Pasadena and after calling several Ford dealers who could not see us for a wee F350 diesel overheated while towing a 5th wheel. We broke down outside Pasadena and after calling several Ford dealers who could not see us for a week, we were referred to Citrus Ford in Ontario. Sheri Prince was our service agent and told us to come in the next day. They spent some time performing tests and diagnosed the problem as blown head gaskets and told us it would take until Friday to fix. They were extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. Sheri called daily with updates and in the end, the truck was ready a day early! We were thrilled! Although breaking down put a damper on our fun, ending up in the hands of skilled, dependable, courteous people was a blessing for us. Wish they were in San Antonio!! Thank you all! D. I contacted dealerships late one night via the internet to get availability and pricing on a 2010 Ford Edge. My husband and I went into the dealership that evening and began working with John from internet sales on the car of my dreams. Right from the start he let me know he would go the extra mile to get my business. Because they didn't have the car I wanted on their lot, the dealership had to locate one elsewhere. I wanted a special color and certain accessories, so we ended up closing the dealership three nights in a row trying to find the car. Throughout this whole process I never felt pressured to buy or had to play "Let's Make A Deal". John was honest about pricing and fair with my trade-in. I appreciate her service and following my vehicle from beginning to end. It was an unfortunate situation I was in, I recieved contaminated fuel and it damaged my fuel system. Citrus recognized the problem right away and repaired the damage, my car is running again like new. Also I have been going to Citrus Motors since I bought my 2002 Ford Escape there and I have to say the service has improved significantly. Next time I come into the service department I will definitley ask for Sheri. Karla Frame More
