The problem with my Explorer was identified and resolved quite satisfactorily. I had an electrical problem and they identified the problem was with the battery. The battery was replaced on warranty. We were passing through on our family vacation to Disneyland in my 2009 Kia Sedona van when the Service Engine light came on and the van lost most of its power, anyway we frantically milked it to the Disneyland in my 2009 Kia Sedona van when the Service Engine light came on and the van lost most of its power, anyway we frantically milked it to the nearest Kia dealer - Citrus Motors. My service expierence has always be excellent with Citrus Motors. I have been dealing with Citrus for 50 years! My last 3 visits to citrus was handled by Andria in service dept. After our local dealership closed, we were leary to find another dealership to take my car due to a previous experiance with another car maker . Our original time frame for getting my car fixed was all day, but as soon as George figured that it would take more than a day, he found me right away and he had a rental already lined up for me. He went above and beyond for us. Thank you Citrus Ford, you have won me over and I plan only to take my car to you from now on. More
In 2005 and the age of 54 I purchased my first "Dream Car", a Fire Red 2005 GT Mustang Convertible from Citrus Motors in Ontario CA. From the purchase of the car, having to take it into the body shop only 6 months after the purchase because some completely disrespectful person keyed the entire passenger side of my beautiful long awaited dream car, to service upkeep over the years Citrus Ford was always there with a smile to make sure I was a happily satisfied customer. It so happens that I ended up having problems with my convertible top, at least once a year for the entire five years I have had the car it had to go in for repair. Even though I purchased a Platinum Exteneded Warranty that expired just this last June I had a more serious problem come up with my convertible top again in July, it was completely detaching from the back window and rear of the car which was rapidly getting worse. I went back to Citrus Ford and was fortunate enough to speak with a service rep by the name of Mario Ramos. Upon listening to my history and looking at my convertible top Mario said he wanted to check the computer to verify the history on the problems I had with this top and then he wanted to submit that history to Ford to request help repairing the damaged top due to repeated problems. He assured me he could not promise anything but he said he would do everything he could to help me get my convertible taken care of. Mario kept his word and after a week he was calling me to tell me Ford was going to pay over half of the cost of a new top and it would be under warranty. Maria knows the importance of Customer Service and gets an A+ from me. This also means that the management at Citrus is to be commended for also for supporting and retaining staff like Mario. Considering the uncertainty of our economy I have been very concerned for our American car manufactures. I am so proud to say I own one of America's finest, the Ford Mustang. Everyone that knows me knows how much I love this car and that I demand the best in it's care, Citrus Motors of Onatio California has always given me that and I would recommend them to everyone. Go Ford, keep the American Dream alive! Thank you for helping me attain mine. More
