We went to a lot of dealerships, not just Ford. But when it came down to the Ford Edge being the one we were going to buy. We had went to either went to, spoke to, or seen over the internet different Ford Dealers. I think the Ford Company and anyone wanting to buy a car, should thank god for Citrus Motors and their many employee like Jason Neufeld and Ted Estel. No presser sales, very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they sale and even that of their competition. Anyway thank you very much for all there help. I LOVE MY NEW 2011 FORD EDGE. More
I gave this rating because I've taken my work truck to get serviced by this dealer for many preventive maintenance jobs. The service, quality, and friendly attitude that Enrique has shown to me left me v get serviced by this dealer for many preventive maintenance jobs. Dealership was clean and very nice and everybody was very friendly. I loved the waiting room with the two TV's, a lot of room and the board showing the customer name and status of their vehicle. I was disappointed however as this dealership does not participate in the Ford's reward program as this is a driving force in my selection process of a dealership. Having spent $1,400 would have given me a lot of points toward future repairs. I was also disappointed that they did not ask me if I wanted my old parts back before throwing them (spark plugs) away as this may have cost me the opportunity to collect almost $100 from the previous repair shop that incorrectly put them in within the last month. However these two items did not subtract from my overall rating. More
By far the best service department that I have ever dealt with. Sherri has been taking care of me and my extended family for years and has never let us down. If I drop off the car at night I get a call the next morning or if I decide to wait they provide me with an option to work at a full size desk or watch TV in comfortable waiting area. Having used Citrus Ford in the past I was familiar with their work. Having a car that broke down, Dean was very attentive to my needs and even helped with a rental car for the evening. Dean has been an excellent service advisor, he always replies to any message that I leave in a timely manner. Recently, after I had some repairs done, my car was in worse shape than when it went in. (Dean was not at work the day I picked up my car) I brought my Edge back in for further repairs. Dean took the appropriate action to see that the repair was done correctly. For my Ford Flex 2010 and after 43,000 miles I had Brake service (new brakes), oil change, and had dealer replace a damaged passenger side rear view mirror electric motor. I am always happy with the service this particular dealership provides for my vehicle and would recommend this dealership and service department to anyone.
