We went to a lot of dealerships, not just Ford. But when it came down to the Ford Edge being the one we were going to buy. We had went to either went to, spoke to, or seen over the internet different Ford Dealers. I think the Ford Company and anyone wanting to buy a car, should thank god for Citrus Motors and their many employee like Jason Neufeld and Ted Estel. No presser sales, very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they sale and even that of their competition. Anyway thank you very much for all there help. I LOVE MY NEW 2011 FORD EDGE. More

Dealership was clean and very nice and everybody was very friendly. I loved the waiting room with the two TV's, a lot of room and the board showing the customer name and status of their vehicle. I was disappointed however as this dealership does not participate in the Ford's reward program as this is a driving force in my selection process of a dealership. Having spent $1,400 would have given me a lot of points toward future repairs. I was also disappointed that they did not ask me if I wanted my old parts back before throwing them (spark plugs) away as this may have cost me the opportunity to collect almost $100 from the previous repair shop that incorrectly put them in within the last month. However these two items did not subtract from my overall rating. More

By far the best service department that I have ever dealt with. Sherri has been taking care of me and my extended family for years and has never let us down. Dean has been an excellent service advisor, he always replies to any message that I leave in a timely manner. Recently, after I had some repairs done, my car was in worse shape than when it went in. For my Ford Flex 2010 and after 43,000 miles I had Brake service (new brakes), oil change, and had dealer replace a damaged passenger side rear view mirror electric motor.
