Since I knew up front the vehicle I wanted, the overall process did not take long at all. I think Apple's pricing is fair anc competitive. I also visited Brenner Nissan in Mechanicsburg and there was no comparison to the way I was treated. I have had to visit the service department for a minor recall for the heated seats and Kelly and her staff are just as friendly. He got me into the right vehicle, got the right price not only for my trade in, but also worked hard with Jim to get the right price for the new Altima!
