Her awareness and knowledge in regard to the many automated and electronic features of the vehicle was evident and most impressive. She was quick to respond to all of our questions in a complete and reassuring manner. She even took time to set up the Bluetooth function and was in every way helpful in teaching me about the other features in the vehicle. Bailey demonstrated extensive knowledge of the financing options and could quickly whip up several scenarios for financing in regard to interest levels and months for financing which were very helpful. We were genuinely impressed with Bailey's desire to provide the best service possible and she even advocated for us to get a reduced price on some of the options we looked at. This is third car my family has purchased from Apple and Ron Smith. I went last week to buy my collage bound daughter a car so we feel she's safe on the way to Ship.
