My wife and I originally went to browse for a Nissan Altima. But after dealing with Ron Smith and his sales expertise we began to feel more and more that a purchase from him would be likely. He went out of his way to answer questions, get keys for different vehicles, explain different options, and provide feedback on the sale price and financing. Many test drives were arranged for us and applied no pressure at any time which only made us feel very comfortable at every step of the journey. We had originally decided to think on the decision for the weekend. But while driving home my wife and I could only talk about how Ron had made the whole process so easy. So we turned around after going only a few miles, walked into the showroom and told him we'd like to buy. It was a busy Saturday but in no way were we ever made to feel rushed. He arranged to have the car gassed and cleaned up and this all happened while we signed the paperwork. He is a credit to the dealership and look forward to re-telling our story to friends and family members. More

I'm sure putting me in the car I wanted was no easy task. The staff at Apple Nissan made it seem easy. They not only were friendly & cheerful, they helped me drive out of there in my new car. As we walked onto the lot we were greeted by Ron, who immediately inquired of what I was looking for. He asked for how much I could pay down today and how much I was looking to pay monthly, and using a f immediately inquired of what I was looking for. He asked for how much I could pay down today and how much I was looking to pay monthly, and using a formula, was magically able to tell me what price range I was looking for. We walked through the lot, and to my surprise, a lot of the cars were actually within that range he had given me. He could tell which one I wanted just by talking to me; a metallic blue 2014 Nissan Versa, and so we took it for a test drive. On the drive, he explained in detail the features of the car, and when I said "How's the bass?" he found the way to turn it up. Literally any question I had, he had the answer to or he found it. I paid them the money down, and was able to drive it off the lot that night even though I didn't have all of the financial stuff settled. Even when I came in the next day, we were there until 9 pm (1 hour past their closing time) and Ron stayed the whole time even though it was mostly financial stuff. Oh, and the financial guy was awesome too, but I can't remember his name (sorry, financial guy). I even received a little thank you card after the purchase from Ron. Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend buying from them, even if it's not a Nissan. More

Me and my fiancé purchased a brand new nissan xterra from Ron and it was a great experience! We were both on time constraints due to our work schedules but he and his team made it work to get us in and from Ron and it was a great experience! Calvin did an excellent job working with us. He was friendly, patient, and considerate of our time. His management worked with us on price without making it too painful a process. And, when there was a small cosmetic issue on our new Altima, Calvin worked me to get the car back in and fixed up quickly. I would happily recommend Apple Nissan to anyone looking for a car. More

Roxanne Stevens was the best sales person that we have ever dealt with. She was friendly and had answers for all of our questions. After we bought the truck she went over all the features so we knew how ever dealt with. She was friendly and had answers for all of our questions. My salesperson was Calvin, he was very polite and has a great personality and was not a pushy person. He was very helpful and friendly and I was relaxed in his company.
