I had been thinking about buying a new car now so that I would have it paid off by the time I retire in 6-7 years. I had test driven a Ford Focus and had pretty much made up my mind that that was the car I would have it paid off by the time I retire in 6-7 years. I had test driven a Ford Focus and had pretty much made up my mind that that was the car I was going to buy. My son encouraged me to test drive a Sentra. I had previously owned 3 other Sentras many years ago and was reminded how much I had loved those cars, so we stopped at the dealership just to look around to see what they had on the lot. David Montague greeted us and showed us around. I can't really say enough about how pleasant and helpful David was. He showed me cars in my price range, in the colors I wanted and with my must-have options, which weren't many. Then David and Danny went to work to put me in the car that I wanted and at a price I could afford. Needless to say, I am now the happy owner of another Nissan Sentra. In addition to David and Danny, I must add that everyone I came into contact with at Apple Nissan was very friendly and accommodating. It was probably my best car buying experience ever. More

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Glenn Davis on 11/30/13. I am in love with my Rogue! Glenn did an awesome job getting us the best deal. I have worked with Glenn Davis as my sales person each time. Glenn is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and makes the car buying experience a pleasure as do his colleagues. I have had my vehicles service at this dealership as well and am very satisfied with what they do and with how I am treated from scheduling appointments through to haivng the work completed. I feel that Glenn and Apple provide me with great prices on the vehicles I buy and that I am taken care of. More

I wanted a new car for a while and I have a good experience with Nissan vehicles before. Mr. Montague was friendly and so helpful in what I was looking for. While the people were friendly, they were not full disclosure people. When we signed the paperwork for the Apple Nissan people to seek financing, from that moment forward we were in the dark. We would disclosure people. When we signed the paperwork for the Apple Nissan people to seek financing, from that moment forward we were in the dark. We would have appreciated their having advised that their policy was to send out a literal SPAM of applications in our name to over a dozen different lending institutions. We would not have allowed that. We expected to be dealing with Nissan's financing group. After all, we have financed three other Nissans through Nissan Finance. Instead, our financial information went out in a carpet bombing of banks, resulting in about twelve separate loan inquiries in EACH of mine and my wife's name (for a total of about twenty-four applications for financing IN ONE DAY. Consequently, we each experienced a drop in our credit rating--not what I would have allowed. My credit rating took a ten point hit, and my wife's took a 25 point hit, dropping her from Excellent to Very Good in Experian and TransUnion. (And this is before the new loan is included! We stated our preference for Nissan financing up front, and if that was not possible, we would have asked for an incremental search, rather than applying to as many banks as possible all at once. We feel blind-sided and somewhat grifted by the Apple Nissan process. If you plan on using their service, do yourself a favor and shop around first and get your financing up front. If you expect them to finance in a transparent manner, you too can be surprised and hurt financially. Oh, by the way. I think it is a cheap shot that I am forced to open a DealerRating account to be able to submit this survey. More
