My car buying experience started when I went on the internet to autofinder.com to look for a Nissan Altima. As I was on the site I received and e-mail, followed by a phone call from Andre Issacs from t internet to autofinder.com to look for a Nissan Altima. As I was on the site I received and e-mail, followed by a phone call from Andre Issacs from the Apple Nissan dealership in York,Pa. The next day I decided to visit the dealership.When we got there, we were greeted at the door by Calvin Hagner, I asked him for Andre Issacs. only to find out that Andre was the Internet Manager and Andre directed us to Calvin to help us in our car buying search. I had a list of particulars that I needed,or should I say "wanted"! Calvin got me everything I wanted, which was not an easy task .When I want to to sign for financing, I dealt with Jim Toole, who was very helpful and informational in helping me in everything I needed. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and courteous. I will recommend Apple Nissan to everyone. Thanks Guys More

During this experience he called me regularly to give me updates as well as friendly "I haven't forgotten about you!" calls. We got a 2014 Altima. Russ and Danny were very outgoing and helpful in our decision on which vehicle to get. When my wife and I first met Bailey, we felt a connection, She was so pleasant and ready to answer our question on financing. If she didn't know the answer she politely excused herself and came ba connection, She was so pleasant and ready to answer our question on financing. Getting what we wanted and I showed her the internet car. 2012 Suzuki. We told her we had to go and will be back tomorrow around 11 am. The next day Bailey called us for some more information and told us take a picture and text it to her so she could have the paperwork ready. We were running really late and let Bailey know where we were. She was so nice and patient with us We arrived at 12pm or later. Bailey was there with everything we needed, car ,price, payment , warranty information. I told her we needed to leave by 1:30 we were gone by 1:20. Bailey was so great I am 52 years old and this was above all the best experience I have had with a salesperson. I felt like we have been friends for years. Don't know a lot about the dealership, but if it is anything like Bailey they will be my dealership for a long time. Also would like to say the lady that took care of the financing was really great too. She got 21% at the time due to our lousy credit , but at the end it was 18%. Visited dealership and dealt with Dave Montague, a very friendly "sales assistant". I say "sales assistant" because that's what he did. He "assisted me in making my purchase, without pressure or haggling. Then met with Jon in the F & I Department and was pleasantly surprized at how smooth everything went, and how helpful Jon was in completing our deal in a very fair manner, even though i had somewhat weak credit. Car is a delight and wife and I are very pleased with our purchase and in our dealings with Apple Nissan, and we have recommended this dealership to a number of our friends and associates. I have even submitted an application for employment with them, because I like the way they do business....unlike the way most car dealerships operate. More
