First, I would like to say that the dealership is wonderful for sales (future MIL with Murano) and service (does wonderful with our Maxima). During our visit today - we thought we had made it clear we wanted to test drive a 2009 - 2011 pathfinder. None were in stock when we first arrived (understandable!). I was very interested in a used PATHFINDER between $21-23k, black/white or dark grey with < 60, 000mls and with leather / heated seats. I agreed to test drive a used Rouge. I did not like it...but the salesperson said the top of the line was very different. So I test drove the top of the "line". No leather / heated seats. I was told 2013 Rouges dont have them (yes they do). I still didn't like it...even after I was told it was a 6cyl (rouges only come in 4). I was asked about test driving a silver '11 pathfinder that "now was there". Ok...got to test drive the car I wanted to. No leather & wrong color but good idea of what it was like. VERY NICE CAR! However it way over my budget. I asked when I saw the sticker and was told "oh that's not the price". When we returned from the test drive the pressure was on! Why didn't I want it? (Wrong color, price, no leather seats and too much $$). I have never been used car shopping so I didn't understand all the papetwork and next thing I know there was an offer on the table! I know everyone has a job to do...but the listening didn't seem to be going both ways. We felt bad not buying...BUT WE WERE ONLY THERE TO TEST DRIVE! The emails after didn't even make sence. One said the guy I worked with was no longer with apple and sasha was our new contact ( we didn't meet anyone else) and another one thanking us for our visit with information on the cars we looked at and nothing was attached. PROS: Great estimated trade in value on our car, great welcome CONS: Poor close, little knowledge of cars in stock More

My experience with Apple Nissan has been great! We were shopping around for months at diffrent dealers in the area and was not happy with the vehicles in are price range and felt we were being pushed to ta shopping around for months at diffrent dealers in the area and was not happy with the vehicles in are price range and felt we were being pushed to take what they had. We decided to give Nissan a shot And we are glad we did. We were met by Dan Eckenroth who was very helpful and above all he wasn't pushy! We decided on a car and then we decided to go for the loan. After we got the loan we decided we didn't like the color we chose and asked if we could switch the car for another color and Dans answer was no problem and they took the time to do the loan on the other car all over again. The manager was also very kind and seemed very trust worthy and we felt very good that we made the right choice of waiting to buy from Apple Nissan!! More

I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander from Travis Bailey at Apple Nissan. I went to various other Toyota Dealers and tried to make a deal with them on the exact same Highlander with no success. I bought the car I traded at Toyota of York and the dealer wanted to school me in mathematics like I don't have a degree. I walked into Apple Nissan and they took my trade to appraise it and came back with numbers. They gave me the appraisal amount without even asking for what I owed on it. Guess what the trade amount was higher than I got at the Toyota Dealers. I can't give them a 5 rating on price because I did not get the SUV for free but they did really work with the price for me. I will buy another vehicle from Travis again. He is a very good salesman and doesn't make the experience a bad one. It was excellent! More

Went in to apple nissan this past saturday to make a deal on an Altima. Left there a few hours later with a new clean car. I was very happy with the deal we got and the attention to our needs. I went online shopping for a car loan, and within 24hrs I got a call from Andre Isaacs at Apple Nissan. Once I got to Apple Nissan I met with Andre and he then let Travis Bailey help me out. Both were really friendly and helpful every step of the way. Travis and Jim the finance guy were able to get me into a 2010 Nissan Altima. They did such an amazing job words could not describe the way I felt upon leaving there. Apple Nissan is definitely somewhere I will be shopping for years to come. More
