2011 Honda Pilot Jeff Romero was the best car salesman I've ever worked with. He really made the transaction feel comfortable. I personally wouldn't recommend financing through them. I was approved prior to coming in thankfully but the gentleman that tried to get my application was not pleasant or encouraging. His demeanor didn't match the buildings atmosphere I received when getting a personal tour. I felt very uncomfortable. He made me feel defensive and caused the interaction to become stressful for no reason at all. Besides that uncomfortable interaction, they could have someone greet sooner .. I felt odd standing there waiting for help.. almost like there wasn't much ergancy. The associate that finalized the bill of sale is also AMAZING. He really did a good job explaining everything and making it all seem special. Also, the service center/garage associate Graham is super friendly and gives off a good genuine interaction. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completely right about the truck and the deal. We walked out last night with a vehicle and a remembrance of excellent service from the team. James did a very good job in describing the benefits of an extended maintenance agreement but at the end we decided not to purchase. Just didn't want to spend the extra money now, willing to take our chances on any issues that might come up. I purchased a 2016 Honda Civic from Ciocca Honda. This is my first lease with Ciocca Honda. I previously leased from Faulker Honda in Harrisburg. I was feeling a little less satisfied with Faulkner Honda on a few occasions. I was in search of possibly leasing from a different dealership. I was not even sure I was going to stay with Honda. I was scheduled to turn in my lease at Faulkner when I called Ciocca Honda on a whim. I spoke with Matt Buller and he was so kind and sincere, I ended up scheduling an appointment with him instead. He took his time to really help me get exactly the car and price I wanted. He really takes pride in his business relationships and it shows. Moreover, they were very flexible in adjusting the list price of the vehicle to meet my budget. The vehicle was well serviced and detailed at the time of pickup. Matt Buller was an excellent and very thorough sales representative. He presented himself as one who cares and is concerned with giving the customer the best buying experience possible. The general manager was likewise personable and concerned with quality customer service. The only suggestion I would make to the dealership is that when I decline the extended warranty the first or second time then don't continue to try and sell me the product. That aside, the experience was very good and for that my wife and I are grateful. More
