I requested internet prices for a Honda Odyssey from several dealers. Although Ciocca Honda is about 65 miles from my home, their quote was the best, and since I already knew the factory invoice price, several dealers. Although Ciocca Honda is about 65 miles from my home, their quote was the best, and since I already knew the factory invoice price, I didn't have to waste an afternoon negotiating with a salesman. All of the people I met at the dealership were friendly. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

I recently purchased a new Honda Pilot from Ciocca Honda in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to this purchase, my experience with purchasing cars over my lifetime (I'm 65 years old) has been anything but pl in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Prior to this purchase, my experience with purchasing cars over my lifetime (I'm 65 years old) has been anything but pleasant. I have always felt high pressured and disrespected. Living in Nebraska but wanting to purchase a car in Pennsylvania (near my vacation cabin), I decided to use the Internet purchasing approach. My demands were simple: the best price possible and all negotiations using e-mail. Starting with four dealerships, I quickly narrowed the search to Ciocca Honda. Their Internet service was truly outstanding. Their response to me was quick, the prite quote for the vehicle was there, and the overall experience during the process exceeded my expectations. The transaction began and ended in a 5-day period. My overall purchasing experience was outstanding. Yes, price and timing of the transaction were great, but the best part of the experience was dealing with Megan Barto. She was super in all aspects, from my initial Internet contact to driving my new Honda off the lot. She handled the Internet contact professionally and timely; she had all the technical information on the vehicle, the available inventory, and the status of the SUV for which I was searching. There was no high pressure or disrespect. I cannot adequately express all the favorable traits she displayed during the transaction. The closing of the deal, lasting approximately an hour, was, again, a pleasant experience going smoothly and quickly with no last-minuute "surprises." The entire staff at Ciocca deserves to be complimented: Megan, Kristie, Michael Melhorn and Joe Barone all performed 110% to make me a satisfied customer! The Ciocca's team met the dealership's mission statement of not meeting customer's expectation but exceeding them. I would highly recommend Ciocca Honda to anyone who wishes to get a fair price as well as a pleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle. GL Matter More
My husband and I took our car here for a new battery (the one in the car was dead), state inspection, and emissions. Not only did it take 3 days to complete this work (none of which was anything major), but one in the car was dead), state inspection, and emissions. Not only did it take 3 days to complete this work (none of which was anything major), but the price of the service was ridiculous. I have had car batteries replaced before, and never has it cost me almost $200 for that alone. Also, I feel as if they did unnecessary repairs for the inspection. The car passed inspection last year with flying colors, and yet this year, when the car had only had 3000 miles put on it during the year, my inspection somehow cost me a little over $1000 (and this did not include the normal expensive parts like new tires, etc.). Never again will I take my car to this dealership for ANY service. I would rather spend the time to drive the hour back to the place I used to go to in Lancaster that I trust. More
Just bought a used car at retail with nothing wrong with it (so they said). They promised to throw on the inspection (something was wrong with the back seat). Went to a different place for a quick look at t it (so they said). They promised to throw on the inspection (something was wrong with the back seat). Went to a different place for a quick look at the vehicle and said it needed new tires. They said they would do that. Then 3 days after we had the car the check engine light came on and we took it there and they said it needed a new transmission and that we would have to pay for it. The inspection still hasn't been done and it runs out at the end of this month (july) More
