Excellent service received We purchased our 2014 Honda CRV nearly a year ago and had only put about 5,000 miles on it but we took it in for the yearly inspection and an oil chan We purchased our 2014 Honda CRV nearly a year ago and had only put about 5,000 miles on it but we took it in for the yearly inspection and an oil change last week. We conveniently made the appointment on line but called to move it up a few hours when we realized we could get there earlier (we live 2 1/2 hours away). We were treated very nicely by both the receptionist and Chris (the service tech). The work was done in a little over an hour while we waited in the waiting room. Everyone was very professional and we were on our way after a very good experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership and continue to give them our business in the future. Thanks Ciocca! My experience at Ciocca Honda exceeded my expectations (I'm hard to please). Why did I had such a positive experience? I can sum it up in one word...'Service.' I was greeted by Matt Buller who assisted me with my purchase of a Honda CRV. Matt wasn't pushy, in fact what impressed me the most was his knowledge of his product (I tried my best to stump him with questions, but without a doubt he knew his vehicles). I fancy myself an informed person with good negotiation skills, but the process was so easy and customer oriented I didn't need stress. Matt was service oriented without being pushy. He listened rather than giving me a canned sales pitch. I had a slight rattle sound with my vehicle after purchase. No problem, Graham in the Service department took care of the issue in quick order. Great overall experience at Ciocca. More

Sales pitch was unrealistic and misleading.. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! The salesperson, Dan, was a fast talker and clearly wanted to promise us whatever it took to get the sale. He did a great job VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! The salesperson, Dan, was a fast talker and clearly wanted to promise us whatever it took to get the sale. He did a great job convincing me that even though my credit union told me that I had to wait for my insurance check to clear to get a new loan, he could get his financial manager to "work his magic and get me the loan with the remainder of my loan balance worked into it!" My wife and I were skeptical, but went along with him, because he was so insistent! So when a price agreement was reach, the financial manager came to us and told us the he couldn't make it happen and that doing that deal would be "shady!" So at this point, the salesperson has wasted over two hours of our time. Now the salesperson and financial manager are trying to convince me to take a higher interest rate to complete the sale, clearly their angle from the start! Both see that they cannot convince me with their sales tactics, so they called John, the sales manager in so he can apologize too. I explained to all three men that I was not happy with their antics, but all I got was more apologies!!! I explained that apologies couldn't give me my two hours back, and that I could have purchased the vehicle from them Monday after talking to my credit union. Instead I was pitched the idea that the financial manager could get the deal done at a higher interest rate, by financing 125% of the vehicle price. This was never an opinion to me, but they thought they could talk me into it! At this point, I asked them to stop wasting my time and John the sales manager said "thank you for coming in!" I was beyond frustrated with the whole ordeal and was more then willing to end my visit! I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, they are "shady" and that was their description (the financial manager), not mine. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Here is the kicker, the vehicle has to be moved in ten days (already there 50 days) or they will start losing money on the vehicle (a little secret dealers do not want you to know, 60 days is the max), and the salesperson Dan said they were very motivated to sell it, but they made no true attempts to make it happen for us, just offered sales pitches and tricks. Just saw that they dropped the price on the vehicle today, soon they will be at the point that selling me the vehicle would have earned them a profit, but they lost out, because they are a misleading, manipulative business! DISHONEST!!! More
