My New Honda Accord I needed a new car, and Ciocca Honda was very accommodating to make that happen. I had a general idea of what I was looking for going into the dealer I needed a new car, and Ciocca Honda was very accommodating to make that happen. I had a general idea of what I was looking for going into the dealership, but Dylan worked with me the entire way to make sure I was getting the car that was right for me. The entire process was quick and painless and by lunch time, I was able to drive my new car off the lot and take it home with me that afternoon. Bad Experience AGAIN Live close to dealership - always had bad reputation for service and experienced first hand although use them occasional as it was getting better. Tried to buy a used car recently, thought I would give them a shot and honestly Coz sales rep was great. However sales manager inflexible and could care less and I was ready to purchase but unfortunately I walked out with my wife as we were highly disappointed and disgusted.
