Terrific car buying experience My wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring edition, and we had several positive purchasing experiences at Ciocca Honda so I My wife and I were interested in purchasing a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring edition, and we had several positive purchasing experiences at Ciocca Honda so I definitely wanted to provide the opportunity for another sale to Ciocca Honda. Ciocca Honda listed two 2017 Honda CR-V Touring vehicles in inventory so my wife and I visited the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to look at the vehicles. Unfortunately, we did not like either color of the two vehicles on the lot. I emailed the internet sales manager, James Leigh, explaining our situation, and I received a response with an internet price for a Touring edition CR-V and an offer to visit the dealership. I made an appointment to visit the dealership so my wife could test drive a Touring edition CR-V. The salesperson with whom we were to meet, Matt Buller, texted me a video introducing himself to us prior to our arrival at the dealership. My wife and I arrived at the dealership, and Matt was waiting for us along with a 2017 Touring edition CR-V. After getting some background information from us, Matt showed us the CR-V Touring Edition and explained all the features and equipment of the vehicle. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and personable. My wife took the vehicle on a test drive and decided that the CR-V Touring edition was the vehicle for her. We sat down to discuss the financial terms of the vehicle sale. We traded in a 2011 Honda Odyssey, also purchased from Ciocca Honda. The trade-in amount offered to us was more than what I was expecting and in combination with the internet sales price of the vehicle, we decided to purchase a 2017 Honda CR-V Touring vehicle from Ciocca Honda. It was a very easy decision. The only concern was finding the color of CR-V my wife wanted. Ciocca Honda put out some texts, and while we completed the financial and purchase information, a Basque Red Pearl II Honda CR-V was located, and we set a delivery date for two days later. On the day of the delivery, all the paperwork was ready for us to sign. The vehicle was in pristine condition for delivery. A big reason for that was the effort of our salesman, Matt Buller. He had us look over the vehicle to make sure it met our expectations. It easily did, and I am particular. Overall, our entire experience at Ciocca Honda was extremely positive. Everyone at the dealership was professional and amiable. When we are in the market for another Honda vehicle, Ciocca Honda will be our first and hopefully, only dealership to visit. More

For the first time in over 20 years, we did not buy a Toyota. After all these years, Toyota was our second choice. There was absolutely no pressure, just lots of patience, as we went through the process of deciding which car suited our needs. Everyone, but especially Matt Buller, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars and their individual features. Matt had answers for all our questions and even sat us in different cars to show us things. He is a true "book of knowledge" and listened to what we were saying and asking. Not at all what they promise I called yesterday about a 2014 odyssey that was for sale. Made an appointment to come see it… Anna called me back yesterday and told me that that van had sold. She then told me that there were multiple 2015 bands that were ready to move! I told her I would need $3000 movement on them and she is shored me that it was the end of the month and there were huge promos that they were absolutely a great possibility as well! I told her I had to drive an hour and a half each way and didn't want to waste anyone's time! She told me that it was certainly worth my while. When I got there they were willing to move $500 on the ticketed price! Very frustrated that I wasted an entire evening, 90 miles each way and a tank of gas to come down and be humiliated! I do have to give a kudos to Patrick who made me feel like I was important! As for the rest of the staff I interacted with I would have a hard time purchasing from . Yother thing with the salesman is he didn't even know what inventory he had… I had to find The van on line and force him to find the number. A manager had the van at home moving boxes. Again Pat to the rescue to go pick up that vehicle so I could preview it. More

We did not engage in any unpleasant haggling over price, and very quickly arrived on a sales price that was agreeable to both parties. He and the finance department personnel helped answer all of our questions and provided several options. Ultimately, we were able to drive the car off the lot a few hours after we arrived, completely satisfied with the price we paid and the way we were treated. Matt Buller is a great representative and one I would recommend to anyone interested. More
