My New Honda Accord I needed a new car, and Ciocca Honda was very accommodating to make that happen. I had a general idea of what I was looking for going into the dealer I needed a new car, and Ciocca Honda was very accommodating to make that happen. I had a general idea of what I was looking for going into the dealership, but Dylan worked with me the entire way to make sure I was getting the car that was right for me. The entire process was quick and painless and by lunch time, I was able to drive my new car off the lot and take it home with me that afternoon. Bad Experience AGAIN Live close to dealership - always had bad reputation for service and experienced first hand although use them occasional as it was getting better. Tried to buy a used car recently, thought I would give them a shot and honestly Coz sales rep was great. However sales manager inflexible and could care less and I was ready to purchase but unfortunately I walked out with my wife as we were highly disappointed and disgusted. Excellent service received We purchased our 2014 Honda CRV nearly a year ago and had only put about 5,000 miles on it but we took it in for the yearly inspection and an oil chan We purchased our 2014 Honda CRV nearly a year ago and had only put about 5,000 miles on it but we took it in for the yearly inspection and an oil change last week. We conveniently made the appointment on line but called to move it up a few hours when we realized we could get there earlier (we live 2 1/2 hours away). We were treated very nicely by both the receptionist and Chris (the service tech). The work was done in a little over an hour while we waited in the waiting room. Everyone was very professional and we were on our way after a very good experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership and continue to give them our business in the future. Thanks Ciocca!
