Very good and efficent. The. 2005 Astro Van was a first, I bought a used car from a dealer, and it drove great, looked great inside and out and the under carriage looked like new. Thanks to the Ciocca Staff Mike Ascolese. I took my 2015 Si, The car had a oil leak, the technician told me it was my fault, he showed me and yes it was. But when he put the car back together, it had loose bol The car had a oil leak, the technician told me it was my fault, he showed me and yes it was. But when he put the car back together, it had loose bolt, missing bolts, the guy bend in the fenders, im trying to get in contact with the manager, left him some messages, but never heard from him. Not good. More

An excellent new car buying experience. I just purchased my third CRV from Ciocca Honda. My salesman for the second CRV was Matt Buller. When I decided to purchase a 2017 CRV I specifical I just purchased my third CRV from Ciocca Honda. My salesman for the second CRV was Matt Buller. When I decided to purchase a 2017 CRV I specifically asked for Matt to be my salesman. Matt is extremely friendly, very personable, and really knows his product. In fact, considering how technical some of the controls in the new CRV are (at least to an old man like me), I was impressed with how familiar Matt was with their various functions and how helpful he was setting them up for me and helping me to become comfortable with them. I think Ciocca is very lucky to have a salesman like Matt Buller. More
