No pressure & friendly hard working people. A high 5 to Matt Buller and the team for going the extra mile for me "twice." Everyone I've met has been super helpful and receptive. Have driven Hon A high 5 to Matt Buller and the team for going the extra mile for me "twice." Everyone I've met has been super helpful and receptive. Have driven Honda's most of my life and many people dread going to a dealership. This is a reverent business and not like any other I've experienced. Visited dealers in Baltimore, Philadelphia, and even Harrisburg only to be treated like number. The Honda dealer in Baltimore lost the vehicle I was interested in, then called to apologize once the vehicle was found and promised to hold it for a small down payment. Upon arrival 1 hour later the sales manager told me the vehicle was sold. Another high 5 to Matt and the Ciocca team for being organized and cordial. More
Internet buyer from Michigan Found my Honda Pilot Touring on CarGurus and the price was exceptional compared to others. Had been looking for several months and decided the 11 hour Found my Honda Pilot Touring on CarGurus and the price was exceptional compared to others. Had been looking for several months and decided the 11 hour drive was worth the savings. The internet rep from Ciocca (Nicole) was wonderful. She answered all of my calls and emails quickly and gave me much information. When I arrived at the dealership, our salesman, Zakk, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Aside from a hiccup with me not having a cashier’s check for the down payment, everything went smoothly. They even lowered the listed price on the vehicle by $500 the day before I drove to Pennsylvania. Seems like a very honest and reputable business and I would highly recommend them. More
Super nice I was a customer for 7 years at Faulkner Honda. I received a phone call about an HRV that was loaded and at this dealership they were asking 28,000. I I was a customer for 7 years at Faulkner Honda. I received a phone call about an HRV that was loaded and at this dealership they were asking 28,000. I called Ciocca Honda and they had the same vehicle $2000 less. I went down just to look and they put me with Colin wiest. He was very kind very helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was leasing. He went out of his way to accommodatedate me. I can say f I ever buy another Honda I would only go to Colin and only to this dealership. More

They wouldn’t take my money!!! Horrible experience!! The rudest and most pompous used car manager I've ever met!! I found a BMW on Truecar.com for sale at Ciocca Honda. The pric Horrible experience!! The rudest and most pompous used car manager I've ever met!! I found a BMW on Truecar.com for sale at Ciocca Honda. The price was right, the Carfax report showed that it was regularly serviced and had no accidents, so I asked for availability. Shortly after the dealership opened I was called by Devon. She told me that the car was still available, and scheduled a time to come to see the car. I specifically asked her on the phone if we could purchase today, and she said “absolutely”. I explained that it was an hour’s drive and I worked a lot making car shopping difficult so I needed to do everything in one day. She said this would be no problem and they would have the car washed and ready to go when I arrived. We arrived, I asked for Devon and the gentleman seemed confused but went to retrieve her. She came and introduced herself to us as the internet specialist, and then told us that Jeff would be working with us. Jeff is the only reason this rating even gets one star. He was friendly, professional, took us on a test drive, and answered our questions. We looked the car over and said we wanted it. We came with a check from our bank – no financing necessary. Jeff came back with the information on the car and said that it needed $1600 of work done to it before it could be released to us. The work included four new tires, which was ridiculous because you could tell the tires on the car were like new. There was also work needed like an oil change and windshield wipers, but the car had just been serviced so it made no sense. We told Jeff we didn’t want any of that done we would take the car without it, we just needed a bottom-line figure. Jeff left and went to talk to the used car manager, and returned and started telling us again that we had to have all the service done. In the meantime, my husband again went out and looked at the car, and the tires were barely used and we didn’t care about things like the new windshield wipers, so we again asked if we could please just take the car today with none of those things done. The Carfax report gave us the peace of mind we needed to purchase the car. Jeff left again and then returned with the used car manager who started arguing with us about the needed service. He said, “why would you refuse new tires”. I explained as I had several times to Jeff, that we had traveled to this location under the promise that we could take the car home. We had a bank check. There was no reason to leave it for the additional service that wasn't really needed. He got louder and ruder the more he talked, he kept interrupting my husband, then he had the nerve to say “I can talk to Devon and I guess I’ll see how we can punish her for mistakenly telling you that you could purchase the car today”. WHAT?? Punish her!! Are you kidding me?? What a jerk! There has to be something that we did not understand. We never asked for a lower price because we didn't want the service. We never even got to the point of talking about the final price because they were adamant that we weren't taking the car. We wanted to pay the asking price for the car as-is, and they would not allow us to do so. The car was pristine – the Carfax report showed all the service records, none of it makes any sense. This was a BMW at a Honda dealer. They claim their great reputation revolves around their great customer service. What a lie! I truly feel as if there was some sort of discrimination. Why could we not just purchase the car? Sorry Jeff – you were very nice to us, but someone needs to ensure that your “internet specialist” is giving customers who travel in to purchase correct information, and your condescending used car manager needs a lesson on what customer service really is. I'm so disappointed. I loved the car and I had the money with me to purchase it. I hope the next customer is treated much better than you treated me. More
Never to busy I lease a car every three years through Ciocca. The night we went to Ciocca our intentions were just to look around. Matt recognized us immediately ( I lease a car every three years through Ciocca. The night we went to Ciocca our intentions were just to look around. Matt recognized us immediately (after not seeing us but every 3 years!). He was busy with other people and it was getting somewhat near closing time. I told him that we'd make an appointment and come back another day. He insisted we stay and he'd be back over with us in about 10 minutes. He did exactly that and an hour or so later I was leaving the dealership in a beautiful new Passport. My father has been in sales for over 40 years so he knows what it takes to be in sales and he knows a good salesman when he meets one, he is impressed with Matt! More
