They had full conversations with us, they related to us with friends and pets. There was not one quiet, or awkward moment. Tyler Lewis was the one who showed us the car and sold it, and we couldn’t have been happier that it was him who had taken care of us. Corey Williams was the financial person who had taken care of the payments. Both of them had definitely explained everything thoroughly. We were never confused with what was discussed. Once again, experience was unbelievable. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car. More

What they quote is not what you get...beware Received a letter quoting me a certain amount for my 2015 Honda CRV. Went and spoke to Bryan R. He took my letter and had a salesman look at my car. I Received a letter quoting me a certain amount for my 2015 Honda CRV. Went and spoke to Bryan R. He took my letter and had a salesman look at my car. I told Bryan i needed to get a certain amount of cash from my quoted value back in cash. Which he said no problem. I traded my car in which i thought for the quoted amount. I was shown a 2015 Ford Escape which was quoted a price of $19, 999. The dealership was closing and was trying to rush the sale. I really didn't have time to think or review the sales agreement. When i finally looked at my sales agreement the next day. I noticed the car price was higher and the amount i was quoted for my Honda was a lot lower than quoted. I also saw a sign in the back of my car under the seat that the Ford Escape was reduced to $18,860 and the money they gave me back for the equity was added to my car loan. I have tried to call to get some clarification on my sales agreement and never get a return call. I feel this dealership took advantage of me. I will never buy another call from them. I would have never traded or sold my paid off 2015 Honda CRV for the amount they ended up giving to me. Shame on you Ciocca for taking advantage of a woman that was definitely in need of good honest dealership Still waiting for my return call. I will be contacting the Corporate office to file a complaint More
