Everyone was courteous and professional My wife and I went to look at a specific used vehicle on Saturday 8/31/19. We had made an appointment and Ana greeted us and made an introduction to My wife and I went to look at a specific used vehicle on Saturday 8/31/19. We had made an appointment and Ana greeted us and made an introduction to the salesman that would work with us. Our salesman Alexander greeted us, and promptly brought the car around for a test drive. The car was for my wife, and after the test drive she was very happy with it. We made a deal, and despite the showroom being absolutely mobbed with people at month end, we drove off the lot early Saturday afternoon with a car that my wife can't stop smiling about! In every step of the process we were treated courteously and professionally and I plan to return to Ciocca and talk with Alexander in the very near future as I need to upgrade my car also. Easy & smooth purchase at Ciocca Honda We drove from Hagerstown MD to Harrisburg PA to purchase a used 2018 Honda CRV Touring model and the 90 mile trip was definitely worth it. Nicole, wh We drove from Hagerstown MD to Harrisburg PA to purchase a used 2018 Honda CRV Touring model and the 90 mile trip was definitely worth it. Nicole, who is the internet sales manager, was very professional and easy to reach by email and by phone and she set up the appointment for our eventual visit and answered any question I had prior to our visit. Alexander, our salesman, and Nicole greeted us when we walked in and were expecting our visit. Alexander answered all of our questions, took us out for a test drive, explained all features of the vehicle and handed us over to the finance dept where Dylan walked us through the financing options and additional vehicle coverage options. We were extremely satisfied with the treatment we received from the minute we walked in until leaving with our vehicle 3 1/2 hrs later.
