The manager took two hours to give me the purchase order copy. It took only two minutes for them to prepare it when I say that I am not interested to buy the car and ready to leave if I wont get it in 10 min. With in the same time the Manager was spending lot of time to chat with other people. In my used car research I met more than 15 dealers and every one gave me the findal purchase order with in 5 min (It was mentioned by many dealers that it is computerized systesm. It won't take us to prepare that not more than 10-15 min max). With in two hours I have noticed other customers came and finished their paper work. I literally went to the show room by preparing the Insurance, Bank paper work every thing ready. They just need to give me the final PO. Finally I got a car with ****No cleaning, 40% oil life, 40% gas filled****. They said they don't have time to finish while I was waiting for 2 hours of time. Also the manager doesn't trust on Customer. While I was processing my loan with the bank the way he questioned to the bank officer was so rude. He asked to bank after processing the loan that "What is the libality of my remaining balance if the customer doesn't want to sign the paperwork to finish the loan?" It was a surprising question. They don't believe on customer but customer should trust / believe on them. I also noticed that I asked more questions to the manager about the payment things (I believe any customer can ask / find the ways to make the payments), which the manager don't like and put me in trouble to get the car. I personally don't prefer / recommend to any body else to this showroom by having this kind of attitude manager. I am not sure this is with every one but it is all my personal experience with my used car purchase. It may be different with others. More

Matt Buller Matt made the car buying experience enjoyable. We got the vehicle we wanted and needed with a minimum of fuss and at a price that was fair. Matt made the car buying experience enjoyable. We got the vehicle we wanted and needed with a minimum of fuss and at a price that was fair. More

I purchased a used 2014 Ford Focus and noticed within about one week that it was shaking and jerking while driving. The salesperson, Alex offered to drive the car with me so I could show him the issue. The first time I texted Alex to tell him I was in the area of the dealership, but my text wasn't returned so I drove the 45 minutes home. The following week, when I arrived at the dealership after work, Alex did not have time to help me and he suggested bringing it in to the service department. Although he and another salesperson stood and talked to me for about 10 minutes nobody was able to take drive with me so I left. I was able to adjust my work schedule so I could leave the car over the weekend, but when the technician drove the car, he noticed nothing. That was it. They didn't even bother to look at the transmission. The 30-day warranty is up, but I still have issues, I called Alex this week and he said he would contact service for an appointment and call me back. He left a voicemail saying (quote), "It's in your best interest to go to a Ford dealership since your car is a Ford... and we are a Honda dealership." OK... does that mean that anyone who buys a non-Honda is SOL, despite the 30-day warranty? I really wanted to be a loyal Ciocca customer and purchase a CR-V in 5 years, but I won't give Ciocca another dime until they make things right. I wish they would stand by their promise. I didn't spend a lot of money, but it was a significant purchase for me. More

Asking of we are being helped and if we would like water. I feel that once people knew they had a sale, the pleasantries were over. People were polite for the most part but nice and concerned not at all!.. When we test drove the vehicle the check engine light came on and there were noises that we were promised to us that they would be "fixed". within a few days we were called to say that the vehicle was serviced and "fixed. with a "service", I would think that they would have given the vehicle a thorough look at. well when they called we drove the vehicle with satisfaction. meaning that there were no noises to be heard at the moment. A day and a half later the check engine light came on. took the vehicle back ( concerned) Manager apologized and insisted that they would work with us until the "issue" with the check engine is fixed. Great! they will fix it, but what if this happens again? again we were assured it would be fixed. hmmmmm. 3 more times to no avail (each time we received a repair write up as to what was or was not wrong with the vehicle) It was finally taken to a GM dealer to be fixed. The Check engine light has not come on again. I still hear noises; still sounds like break issues that we were promised had been fixed. My issue isn't that Ciocca could not fix my vehicle. i could probably even over-look the fact that my vehicle never was really looked over. ( a tune up would have been nice) My issue is with how they had no empathy towards their customer's concern with a vehicle they purchased and needing to continually return the vehicle many times over, in a matter of weeks. My problem is that once the signatures were on that dotted line, they had NO concern for how the customer felt. I felt used. I felt unheard and i felt VERY disrespected. I am still feeling disrespected because not only do i have repairs that i'm sure this company will make me pay for, I now have late car payments due to the mismanagement of this whole ordeal! We had to call Ciocca to see why we haven't received ANY information as to how to make payments. We went to the bank and the bank said there is no information on us . that tells me Ciocca dropped the ball with sending all paperwork to the bank. We again called the sales rep. and once AGAIN this rep said we have it handled. We believed and two weeks later we receive a late payment notice. If the bank dropped the ball like the Ciocca rep says they did then we would have had our registration card by now ( no, we are still driving around with the paper on the back of our vehicle since July) I will not believe any more. At this point I don't know what anyone could say to make it right. More
