When it first dropped of my vehicle they said that it would be looked at in an hour and they would call me to update me. Before I dropped it off I made sure to call and book an appointment to avoid what would be looked at in an hour and they would call me to update me. Before I dropped it off I made sure to call and book an appointment to avoid what I experienced. After I dropped it off I did not receive any updates and I would call everyday to see if the vehicle would be done. I stated that I needed it before a certain day and they assured me that it would be done way before the day I stated. They never even did a diagnostic until 3 days after I dropped it off so when they found out what was wrong they wouldn’t be able to get the part in time. So my vehicle was just sitting and not getting worked on when they said that they would look at it the first day. What was the point of making an appointment? When it was the day that I needed the vehicle they did not even finish it (4 days after I dropped it off) therefore affecting my plans. Once I picked it up they did not even fix the issue that I had. Now I have to go back when I don’t even want to give them any more of my time. More
