Scheduled my MKZ for service today. Pick up at my house @ 9:40 AM. No one showed up with a loaner for me. I called the service department and was told with an apology "Someone will be there soon. At 10;50 AM two men arrived but the driver remained in the car they came in. The passenger got out and said he would drive my car to the dealership. My day is already interrupted but what can I do? The dealership is approx 30 minutes from my home. At 2:30 I called and asked where my car was!!!! I finally received my car at 4:15 PM. I spoke with the GM but nothing was done or offered to ease my PAIN Sorry to say - Liz Panacek - you may have lost a long term customer. Perhaps tomorrow I will contact HOME OFFICE Larry F More
Unfortunately you can’t give zero stars. That is what this sham of a dealership and service center deserve. Brought car in for service, no update for multiple days until I called them. The fact they didn’t update me - after they ordered the wrong part - wasn’t an issue to TJ the parts manager. His way of dealing with my problem was to put me on hold for 20 minutes. Finally got to talk to Dave Dowd the GM. He had no apologies and it seemed like irate customers who haven’t heard from the for days or gotten an update was nothing new. Basically this the way they operate. Please don’t go to this place and continue with the service they showed me. After looking over these reviews, it consistently happens. No reason to go here. More
