Perhaps I am accustomed to the service provided by Lexus, because the service I received at Ciocca Ford of Lawrenceville was disappointing. I clearly expressed my need for a detail and was told I would be co because the service I received at Ciocca Ford of Lawrenceville was disappointing. I clearly expressed my need for a detail and was told I would be contacted by a service representative to confirm my services and warranty coverage. They did not contact me. It wasn't until I had traveled an hour that I was informed detailing was not covered and would cost $550. Consequently, I arrived and left with a dirty car. More importantly, I would not have traveled an hour for minor warranty work. No courtesy wash, no vacuuming, nothing! Furthermore, the loaner car I received was dirty. There was a lack of customer service. My car was not charged when I picked it up, even though they knew I had about an hour's drive to and from this location (the closest to my home). In fact, an employee's car was charging on the charger instead of a customer's. I had to unplug that car to try to charge mine. I gave up and drove to a Chevy dealership and used their fast charger. Voicemails I left were not returned. My most recent voicemail regarding a part that was not replaced has still not been answered. Perhaps I received subpar service because it was a warranty visit. Is it possible that because I wasn't paying for the service, I received no service? My nex service appointment will be at Ciocca of Flemington. My next car will not be a Ford. I am going back to Lexus. More
I purchased the vehicle and when I test drove it I advise the salesperson that it needed brakes he stated it was condensation on the rotors and it needed to be driven, the next day they had to come pick it u the salesperson that it needed brakes he stated it was condensation on the rotors and it needed to be driven, the next day they had to come pick it up on a flatbed truck because the brakes were bad. Not only that I am on my 4th temp tag because they seem to have a problem obtaining the title for the vehicle I purchased. Not to mention no one returned your calls and the only time I received a call back was when I wrote a review regarding the bad service I received from this dealership. One of my headlights look like a fish bowl full of water I was promised by the manager of this dealership that he would take care of it, well again that was blowing smoke up my butt! What they did was remove the lens dried it out scratched it up left marks and particles in the lens dropped the vehicle off and it was still full of water, and condensation. I had asked several times to speak to the manager prior to this incident and was advised by several staff members that is not possible for me to communicate with the manager. It took for me to write a review for the manager to finally reach out to me, but again for me to be very disappointed with the communication skills, poor service department, very disrespectful service manager, and a salesperson that will not return your calls after he sells you a car. It is very easy for them to sell you a vehicle, very hard for them to maintenance it properly, poor customer service, and absolute horrible communication skills. Everyone keeps pointing fingers at everyone else and no one there takes ownership or responsibility for anything! This dealership reminds me of a famous quote: "Excuses are the tools of the weak and incompetent. Used to build monuments of nothingness. Those who excel in it seldom excel in anything else but excuses.” More
