My 2018 hybrid was not drive able so I had it towed to Ciocca. It took two full working days and $200 for then mechanic to read the error codes and tell me I needed an $8000+ transmission job almost = to Ciocca. It took two full working days and $200 for then mechanic to read the error codes and tell me I needed an $8000+ transmission job almost = to the book value. I’m disappointed I need a new transmission an I think it took way to long to diagnose. The cost is obscene and I expect to to get the work done for half of what they quoted More
