I was greeted very warmly the second I walked in. I asked for Kevin Lawler because i worked with him before on a lease buyout and he was exceptional then and I hoped he would be again. He was. He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and how we could work out a good lease agreement. He allowed me to take my time on the test drive. He was extremely respectful in his follow up, (which by the way, I was looking at a few other vehicles at other dealerships that day I began my shopping and no one followed up. I say "good" on the price because Kevin was able to knock off what he could and i, of course, was hoping for a bit more...But that is no knock against Kevin,I mean I ended up making the deal. He was forthright, hjonest, anmdmade the experience a truly good one. I negotiated for this vehicle over the phone. I e-mailed 3 different dealerships and this one back to me the fastest. I herd from the second one the day after I spoke with Ernie, and have still not herd fr 3 different dealerships and this one back to me the fastest. When Ernie was out doing his thing to get me my car and I had a question, I asked his "neighbor" who was working on something else and he was more than happy to answer or direct me to what I needed. Again even though nobody else was selling me the vehicle, every salesperson I saw always had a smile and said hello. Other dealerships I visited before this one, if I was with a salesperson, I got a "look" from them because I was not their customer, I did not find this the case here. All employees of this dealership from sales staff to mechanics, and the secretary's always had a smile and were VERY polite and helpful. More
