My experience with Flemington was pleasant as usual. My wife and I have been a member of the Flemington "family" for 5 years. We are fortunate to have had Chris as our salesman each and every time. For my recent purchase of a 2012 Ford Fusion SEL V6 in Platinum White, Chris had to do a ton of legwork to obtain this vehicle. He kept me informed every step of the way. The car was located in Maryland and Chris got it for me in a couple of days. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless transaction. With all of this said, my wife and I will continue to purchase our vehicles from Flemington as there is no better choice. More

The customer service at this dealership was excellent. Ernie in particular was very responsive and organized. His sense of urgency with regards to my needs while being away from my office could not have Ernie in particular was very responsive and organized. The reason that I only gave a "3" for my overall experience is that I bought a new car and when I came to pick it up, the Sync function did not work. To be VERY clear, the reason for this rating is a product issue ONLY. It had nothing to do with what I view as top notch customer service. Sadly, I drove off in my new car and had to use my hands free headset in order to talk on my phone. I then had to return to the dealership two days later for my car's Sync system to be fixed. This involved almost an hour out of my office which I couldn't really afford. It was very disappointing to have an issue like this with a new car. Hopefully it does not indicate that this vehicle will have additional problems. More
