The customer service at this dealership was excellent. Ernie in particular was very responsive and organized. The reason that I only gave a "3" for my overall experience is that I bought a new car and when I came to pick it up, the Sync function did not work. To be VERY clear, the reason for this rating is a product issue ONLY. It had nothing to do with what I view as top notch customer service. Sadly, I drove off in my new car and had to use my hands free headset in order to talk on my phone. I then had to return to the dealership two days later for my car's Sync system to be fixed. This involved almost an hour out of my office which I couldn't really afford. It was very disappointing to have an issue like this with a new car. Hopefully it does not indicate that this vehicle will have additional problems. More
