I felt like I was buying a new Lincoln when in fact I was buying a used ford sporttrac. Everyone @ this dealership was exceptional. The sales consultant, Tommy, was helpful in reviewing our options - lease versus buy. He did not use any pressure in fact I think he was surprised when we said we would take it that same day. I have leased my last 4 cars from Ditschman/Flemington and Kevin Lawler has been my salesperson. My latest lease, a 2012 Escape,was recommended by Kevin and I am extremely happy with my lease. The monthly payment turned out to be LESS than what I told him I was willing too spend (how often does that happen!) and the car runs great. Kevin is one of the most laid back guys to deal with. No pressure, really seems to care about what I should get, and works fast. After selecting my car, I spent the next hour basically talking with the General Manager and looking at cars while Kevin just made things happen: assumed my previous lease, talked to my insurance company, put on the plates (this dealership provides plates onsite, nice feature), moved my stuff from the old car to the new. He then spent as much time as I needed explaining the Synch system and other car features. A few days after I left, he followed up with an e-mail asking how things were going. GREAT experience! As an aside, the guys taking back my previous lease found damage on my underside (I had a flat changed a few days prior to returning the car and the lift crimped the base) and it was causing problems with my trade in value. Jerry Sheehan, the GM, got directly involved, assured me that it could be worked out, and resolved the problem. Class act all around. Highly recommend this dealership and ask for Kevin - you can't go wrong. More

He went out of his way to locate my Ranger. Both Chris and Kevin are very professional. They answered all of my questions and made buying my truck a very pleasant experience. I had been searching for a vehicle for a few months and found that Ditschman\Flemington Ford Lincoln had a 2012 Ford Focus with a manual transmission which was one of the options I was considering and deci found that Ditschman\Flemington Ford Lincoln had a 2012 Ford Focus with a manual transmission which was one of the options I was considering and decided to go for a test drive. Lauren was extremely friendly even after I explained to her that I had no interest in purchasing the vehicle that she had on the lot only test driving it to get a feel for the stick shift version. After the test drive Lauren was very helpful in answering questions regarding the process of a factory order so that I could get exactly what I wanted. Lauren spent a few hours with me explaining the process and showing me the exact price of the vehicle even before I committed to a purchase. When my vehicle arrived ahead of schedule Lauren notified me and worked to get me a ride to the dealership so I could pick up the vehicle the next day. The rest of the process was very straight forward with no pressure sales. The purchase price of the vehicle even though it was a factory order was on par with an X-plan price. Overall one of the best car buying experiences I have had. More
