When we entered the dealership we were expecting the usual run-around of "this is a great deal" but we won't explain why or how. We've been through numerous dealerships that wanted to "play the game" and give us a monthly payment, but not the APR, or a sticker price, but not the actual cost. This was not the case. Thomas was upfront, honest and told us EXACTLY what we'd be paying. What's more is that he genuinely wanted us to get the best deal and helped us find the right vehicle for our needs; not for his commission statement. He was kind, friendly, patient and even was able to deal with multiple visits on multiple days as we had to fit new car shopping into our busy work schedules and limited child daycare hours. When I told Tom we'd be back on Saturday to test drive a vehicle he had one fueled up and ready with the keys at his desk for us. When I told him I'd come back in to discuss numbers he had the paperwork ready to go. When I just came back to "look" again because I'm a nervous shopper he was fine with it and helped me find the exact vehicle I wanted on their lot. The purchasing process, which is usually a nightmare, was smooth and easy. The finance people were quick, kind and more importantly patient as we reviewed and discussed the options. We were given no pressure to buy tons of add-ons and were even told how a lower cost warranty was in our best interest due to our driving habits. When it comes right down to it, ask yourself this: Has a car dealership ever helped you save money? Has a car dealer ever helped you into the best model for your needs rather than trying to up-sell you to the luxury model? Has a dealer ever spent hours with you and never asked, "When are you buying" or "Will you make a deposit"? The dealership's reputation is well earned, they are very friendly, and have more selection than anyone can ask for. As with most vehicles, I felt that they are over-priced for this economy, but I don't thi friendly, and have more selection than anyone can ask for. We went to Ditschman/Flemington Ford after a bitter experience with Liccardi Ford, there we had to ask AAA agent to help us get back our deposit because the manager would not even answer our phone or e experience with Liccardi Ford, there we had to ask AAA agent to help us get back our deposit because the manager would not even answer our phone or email. Here Mark always return our phone or email promptly. Since we had to wait many days for the Fiesta to arrive, we called many times. Mark was always patiently answer all our questions. When the insurance company would not insure the car because of hurricane Irene, Mark tried hard to work out a way to have us get the car right away. We are really appreciate his help. By the way, Mark sent us detailed car information and pricing by email right at the beginning, everything clearly stated. Jeffery Cramer handled our paper work. He also clearly explained our options and price items. In this dealership, everything goes smoothly, no nonsense, no cheating. We are also very happy about this rater program. After went through several Ford dealers and were cheated more than once, we found this rater program. Thanks for this program we found this #1 rated dealership and had a great car buying experience. I went to this dealer because they are local and I did lease a vehicle with them 3 years ago and would prefer keeping business in my county that I reside. Ernie was a very friendly salesman and did everything he could to get my business but another dealer offered me a better deal. Once he and Glen realized I was going to do business with another Nissan delaer they found the car I wanted exactly and got me to the price I needed to be at. Overall my experience was a good one and I love my vehicle. I will recommend this dedealership to others. Janet More
