I was very pleased with my visit to Flemington Ford. Tom was extremely helpful and thorough with my purchase of my Ford Edge. Just purchased a new 2012 Ford Fusion from Ditschman Ford. Incredibly impressed with all facets of the sales cycle from top to bottom. My father who has purchased his past 3 vehicles from Ditschman recommended getting a quote from them so we could compare pricing. The experience between the two dealerships was like night and day. Our local Ford dealer seemed like she was just going through the paces, and came across as quite uninterested in our business. Pricing was pretty much right off the sticker with little interest in working with us to secure a good deal. Our sales consultant from Ditschman (Brian Mullen) and their business manager (Kevin Hayden) presented a number of pricing options with multiple options on rebates and financing. They blew away the competition on pricing, service, and overall experience. More impressive was that I live 2 hours away from the dealership, some come signing day Brian drove the new Fusion from Flemington to White Plains and personally delivered our new car right to my doorstep. All paper work and payment was completed in my house, saving me a trip down to the dealership. More
