Just purchased a new 2012 Ford Fusion from Ditschman Ford. Incredibly impressed with all facets of the sales cycle from top to bottom. My father who has purchased his past 3 vehicles from Ditschman recommended getting a quote from them so we could compare pricing. The experience between the two dealerships was like night and day. Our local Ford dealer seemed like she was just going through the paces, and came across as quite uninterested in our business. Pricing was pretty much right off the sticker with little interest in working with us to secure a good deal. Our sales consultant from Ditschman (Brian Mullen) and their business manager (Kevin Hayden) presented a number of pricing options with multiple options on rebates and financing. They blew away the competition on pricing, service, and overall experience. More impressive was that I live 2 hours away from the dealership, some come signing day Brian drove the new Fusion from Flemington to White Plains and personally delivered our new car right to my doorstep. All paper work and payment was completed in my house, saving me a trip down to the dealership. More

Tommy understood our desire to purchase without spending a lot of time in the dealership in one sitting. Neither they nor us felt neglected in the process since our goal was to get keys and go, while they needed to sit and have questions answered. Once our decision was made, Tommy helped move the purchase along quickly and arranged a delivery time that pleased us. Again, he understood our time restrictions (picking up while a child was at a sport practice) and expedited the paperwork process and reviewed the important highlights of the vehicle and offered his time the next day or any other day to go over more information about the vehicle that we might want to know. Tommy took the time to set up the Sync account for us to make those features accessible immediately and gave us personal instruction on the use of the system in a short, easy to understand lesson. I can't stress enough that Tommy made us feel like valued customers by being considerate of our personal needs for attention within the restrictions of our busy schedule. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! More
