I had been searching for a vehicle to accommodate our new family and loyal to Ford had visited a number of dealers in the area. The moment i walked in to the Flemington location I was overwhelmed by the fri family and loyal to Ford had visited a number of dealers in the area. The moment i walked in to the Flemington location I was overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff and "no pressure" attitudes displayed by all. They went over and above any of the other locations in both service and atmosphere. Chris Messina was our sales representative and remained patient and forthcoming with all our questions. He gave us the information we needed without trying to "sell" us on an immediate purchase. He was easy going and wonderful to work with. Kevin Hayden handled our financial transactions and gave us all the information we could possibly need to make an informed decision. You couldn't ask for more. As the Escape we purchased had to be ordered, Chris kept us well informed and stayed connected through the wait (and the holidays.) We now have our Escape and are extremely happy with the results. A brief visit to the customer lounge also included many helpful agents making sure we had everything we needed and were well cared for. All my future services for this car and purchases will definitely be brought to Flemington! More

From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I was treated as a V.I.P. I drove out from Long Island to buy the car & along the way, my car picked up a nail in the tire & had a slow leak. They didn't hesitate to fix it on the spot at no charge! As it was around lunchtime, I was then invited into the back and treated to some fine New Jersey pizza and treated as one of the gang. My offer to pay was flatly refused! The level of professionalism at this dealership is unsurpassed in my experience. I have purchased many cars in my life, but never has it been a pleasant experience. After my purchace, they offered to have my other car delivered to my home in Long Island, again at no charge to me! Charlie, Peter & Britt deserve high praise for all that they do and all that they have done for me. I went in search of a used Ford SUV after a tree fell on mine and totalled it. I made inquiries to every dealership in the area and my first and only call back was from Lou. Lou, Beth and the rest of the staff were easy to work with, knowledgeable and answered every question I had. I don't recall ever having as much fun buying a car as I did with this crew. They took such good care of me. I hope my new vehicle will last a good long time but when I'm ready for another, I will surely be back!!! They are a great team. We went to them after the Ford dealer, just five minutes away from home,, failed to convince us that our busines buying experience at Ditschman Ford. Ditschman's Dealer Rater review indicated that they were worth the longer drive, and we are glad we took the time to do so. We dealt with Ed Havens, who took his time helping us, and answered all our questions with straight-forward, direct answers. We never felt we were being given round-about answers, which was appreciated. He was great to deal with and also lived up to his Dealer Rater review. Chris Callahan, from the financing team, also helped us with all our questions and concerns. He broke down everything to the penny, and actually found us a better rate than our credit union offered. Again, like Ed, a pleasure to deal with. We were shopping cars among multiple brands and dealers, not just Ford, and have been doing so for a couple of years. However, it was not until we dealt with Ed and Chris that we finally we able to end our search. We would definitely recommend Ditschman Ford as a quality dealer with quality staff. More
