He patiently answered all our questions and even took our phone call to his cell phone after hours. Chris in finance was also very patient. I looked at all scenarios regarding financing, cash back, incentives, etc. and he waited while I figured out the best deal for me, and also helped to explain all the options. All of the features of the vechile I purchase as well as the warrantees were explained clearly so that I understood what I was opting into. When picking up my vehicle, Ed went over the entire car with me and showed me all of the features. He also helped me sync my cell phone to the vehicle and showed me how to make calls hands-free. The vehicle was detailed and cleaned upon picking it up. The best part.. it had a full tank of gas! This is the 12th vehicle my family or I have bought from this dealership. We will continue to go back because of the customer service. More
