I recently purchased a used car from Ditschman/Flemington and from the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by my salesman Ed Wood I knew I was going to buy a vehicle from them. Ed was friendly and easy-going, not pushy like so many dealers I've dealt with in the past (this was my 10th car purchase). The car was presented well, it was clean inside and out. Beth Delaney in the Finance Dept. was also a pleasure to deal with, she explained optional warranties and such but again it was pleasurable and I wasn't pressured into anything extra that I didn't want. From test drive-to purchase price-to final drive off the lot, this dealer was tops in my book. Will I go there again? I sure will. This is my second vehicle from Jerry and Kevin in 6 months. I will not buy from anyone else, nor I will I let anyone that I know go to a local dealer in Woodbridge. Chris Messina at the dealership was very friendly. He asked me my preferences, as well as dislikes. He was not pushy,instead showed an interest in working with me. During the test drive he explained several of the features and was very polite. When I picked up the car, he even took the time to sync my cell phone. I was very pleased with the experience, and would recommend him and the dealership highly. More
Kevin Lawler is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable Ford saleman. He is very knowledgeable about the Ford Raptor, knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the acceptable price. Kevin is very reachable - phone, email and answered all my questions leading up to the delivery of my vehicle. The Raptor is a conversation starter. People have asked where I got my vehicle and I tell them at Ditschman and ask for Kevin. I have gone to Tom's Ford, Buhler and All American. The salesman were unprofessional and did not care to do business with me. The experience was a big waste of my time. I have recommended Kevin to my friends. I would definitely do business with him again! More
I just bought a used Escape here and am very happy with all aspects of the transaction. In addition they repaired all defects before they even showed me the car and provided a list of what they did, and provided the CarFax, and a short but complete warranty, all for essentially no charge! So what's not to like? I've got my used car at a good price and I'm confident this 70k mile car is not a lemon! I'll be back. More

Tom Santangelo, the salesman, was completely no pressure and let us make our decision with no hovering or pushing. He patiently answered all our questions and even took our phone call to his cell phone after hours. Chris in finance was also very patient. I looked at all scenarios regarding financing, cash back, incentives, etc. and he waited while I figured out the best deal for me, and also helped to explain all the options. Overall, I would recommend this dealership to any and all looking to purchase a new car. Excellent service. More

Brian Mullen was affable and knowledgeable. He did not use hard sell tactics which would not have worked with me. Great intuitive skills. Also an empathetic an active listener. Very patient, I felt that I could spend there all day having him explain car features to me and it would be OK with him. Jeff Kramer handled the financing. Firm but flexible style, which worked for me. I understand Ford is in the business of making a profit for its cars; I wanted a great car within my budget. He really worked with his team and I added a little to the pot too. Everybody was happy. I leased a Ford Edge SEL that was in stock.
