About two weeks ago my vehicle was totalled. i started searching for a used truck to replace my lost one. after searching through countless dealerships and trucks, i came across the flemington dealership. searching for a used truck to replace my lost one. after searching through countless dealerships and trucks, i came across the flemington dealership. i contacted Mr. Gary Phillips on the phone. upon initial conversation, i was greatly impressed with his professional demeanor and knowledge on used vehicles. i traveled to the dealership to look at some possible vehicles. upon arrival, Mr. Phillips greeted me at the door offering me coffee or any kind of drink i would like. he showed me around his dealership, and all the used vehicles within my price range. the vehicles on his lot were not really what i was looking for, so he personally took me around to all the other dealerships he worked with until i found the right truck for me. i did leave that day to think about all the vehicles i saw. After discussion and thought at home, i was highly impressed and returned the next day to purchase my used truck. once again i returned and was given the same respect and professionalism i had recieved the day before. he made the replacement of my lost truck so easy that i left highly impressed. i would recommend anybody that is in the same situation see Mr. Phillips instead of search for weeks to find a vehicle. his knowledge and professional courtesy is an asset to that dealership and will be the reason why i will continue to recommend anybody go to this dealership. i know that i personally will never go to another dealership again. I am a middle-aged African American woman. I decided to look for a Ford dealership closer to my home in order to turn my vehicle in and obtain a new one. After 3 frustrating days of trying to obtain infor look for a Ford dealership closer to my home in order to turn my vehicle in and obtain a new one. After 3 frustrating days of trying to obtain information and looking at cars, I realized that I was not being taken seriously. No one wanted to spend the time or energy. No one contacted me after leaving my name and phone number. I finally contacted the dealer whom I have used in the past and left a message explaining what I was looking for, features included. By the time I returned home, Kevin Lawler, returned my call, confirmed my what I was looking for, asked a few more questions and set up a time to see me - all in about 15 minutes! Needless to say, that call made my day. I honestly felt that I could leave it up to Kevin and he would make it all right. Two days later, I was met by Kevin and as always, he was very friendly, always courteous, willing to spend as much time as I needed, answered questions unhurriedly and with patience. He made me feel comfortable and I never felt pressure or a lack of interest. He treated me with much respect. Approximately 3 hours later, I had a car that I was very happy with and I got exactly what I asked for and a few perks! Lesson learned - If you have a dealer with whom you are happy with, stick with him or her, despite the few extra miles of travel. More

I owned a 2001 Ford Explorer since 2001 and Chad Scheetz has been my Customer Service Advisor since I purchased it. I cannot say enough about the wonderful service I received. We worked out the best deal that would fit my needs and what I could afford. I traded in my 2001 and leased a Ford Escape. Which I just love driving. He introduced to us to Chris Messina. Chris is a very kind, and patient person. I think my folks must have changed their minds so my times, but Chris remained patient and tailored to our requests with a smile. He also understood our financial background. Chris dedicated 1:1 ~4hrs with us on our first day. We left not buying anything on the 1st day. I respect Chris and Jerry for giving us time to think and not rush us into buying a car on our first day. They respected our decisions. My parents and I searched their online CPO inventory and found few cars we liked. I admire Chris for re-arranging his scheduled day off to show us the selected CPO vehicles we chose. He understood how important this was to my parents and I - that meant a lot to me. Even though we chose to buy an Acura CPO vehicle and not a new Ford, Chris and Jerry shared in our happiness. Chris was there by my side the whole time when it came to purchase and pick up the vehicle at their sister location. He stayed with me until 8pm (dealership closed at 6pm) to help set-up the Bluetooth, and go over the basics of the car. I had the best car buying experience with Chris. Thank you Jerry and Chris for making it a great experience. Chris went above and beyond for us. I will never forget this experience. Jerry and Chris made my parents and I feel like we were VIPs from the first day. Thank you!!! I thank Jerry for working behind the scene with the banks. I was assured I got the best rate possible and was approved despite the bankruptcy. I also thank Aziz for staying late on a Saturday so I can purchase the car. All of the personnel I encountered at the Flemington dealerships were wonderful and friendly. More

We bought a Ford edge and I loved this dealership. The salesman accomodated us on the phone so well that we cancelled our trip for the day to pay a visit. We left with a Ford Edge and are happy.
